I'm on the Flat to Fab program which uses herbs 15 days on 15 days off. I use progesterone cream on my off days, it seems to always delay my period! should I stop the progesterone cream the day I am supposed to and wait for my period then continue taking my herbs as normal, or should I continue the progesterone cream until my period comes? Please help, thanks in advance!
