I'm on the Flat to Fab program which uses herbs 15 days on 15 days off. I use progesterone cream on my off days, it seems to always delay my period! should I stop the progesterone cream the day I am supposed to and wait for my period then continue taking my herbs as normal, or should I continue the progesterone cream until my period comes? Please help, thanks in advance!

I found that the progesterone effected my periods also, so, I cut down the amount I use to about half from day 14 and I stop a few days before I expect my period instead of taking to the day I start. That has taken care of the problem I was having with my period. I'm not familar with the diet you are talking about, but have heard many girls say they used it to lose weight so, it's pretty popular.
