Just remember that extracts are concentrated, so are typically 4 to 10 times stronger than the whole herb. These things may seem overwhelming, but herbalism is actually a lot simpler than it first appears.

Yes that part I do understand, I meant more that it is hard for me to read through other people's programs when they just name an herb without specifying the dosage/format etc. Like if you are taking one thing as an extract, x mg may be enough, but if you're taking the whole seed or whatever, you need a lot more of that, so the information about extract dosage isn't really helpful in that case. Idk if that makes any sense haha but the learning curve is steep
