revision in my program:
morning:
fennugreek 500 mg
wild yam: 400mg
fennel: 500mg
omega 3,6,9 with borage oil, fish oil, EPO: 1200mg (i take two so 2400mg)
Evening fennugfrek: 500mg
wild yam: 400mg
fennel: 500mg
diet: tons of soy milk, nuts.
massage: peppermint oil with wild yam and saw palmetto.
(the mg measurements are sometimes off cause i bought the herbs in pounds with no capsules.)
