Hi guys im new to this whole herbal thing but i have such high hopes.
crazy how people can get results from this and i hope i do too. I havent started any programs but ive been researching a lot through these forums and here is what i wanted to start out with. Any input on what i should add and what i should take out would be super!
stats:
23 years old
asian (korean, jap)
5'3
100lbs
32A (wanting a full C, a D cup would be nice but cant be selffish )
program:
Saw palmetto 600mg daily into 3
Wild Yam 500mg daily into 3
Fennel 800mg daily into 3
Fennegrek 800mg into 3
Massage:
wilk yam, fennugrek(somtimes) with olive oil or EPO.
and adding to my diet: soymilk and high protein.
I heard BO was really well but the whole raw cow think makes me a bit iffy so i wanted to start out with herbs. I heard also pumpkin seed oil was great... not sure where to add that or how to incorporate it in there.
