Lostacres, I take UB with pituitary bc pituitary is an ingredient in BB that isn't in UB. Kelp also is in BB and not UB but my temperature is fine so I didn't think it would create a problem if I didn't take it. Ip sounds like a familiar topic of convo in the BO section. I remember it vaguely while reading on here so I can't offer advice on there. Maybe type the word in the search button of the BO thread and see if it will pop up? Which BO do you plan to start?

most of us are on here and haven't told our family or friends and it can be hard to stick to something with no results and no one to talk or no one who understands that nbe really does work and this is why I like this forum so much. Everyone's story is so different (number of times tried and how they stumbled upon this site) but all here for nbe ideas and success
