Hi everyone!
My NBE journey started in March this year at the age of 50. Until I saw an ad for Brava in one of my daughters magazines I never knew that there were other options out there other than surgery which I decided a long time ago that I would never do.
So without doing enough research, I jumped right in and bought the Brava system. I wore it for an average of 13 hours a day, although I wore it at night and slept with it on, for 15 weeks and 5 days. I had very good swelling every morning and would be thrilled to bits, only to watch my breasts slowly deflate throughout the day. It was an emotional roller coaster for me. After about 10 weeks I noticed that some of the swelling was still there when it was time to put it back on again. I think if I could have worn it for longer I would have had much better results but the weather became too hot where I live to be able to continue with it. I thought I had gained one cup size at the time but I have since lost about half of what I had gained.
Then I came accross this website and have been reading, reading and reading some more!
So I decided to try the 'herb' route. I am currently taking Greenbush enhancement blend. I started off slow with one capsule 3 x a day along with the extract in my drinks and mixed with lotion for massage. I had lots of sensations in my breasts for a few days and then nothing. So after a couple of weeks I increased to 2 caps 3 times a day. Once again the aches and tingles started and then disappeared again after a few days. One month in I increased to 3 caps 3x a day and also added EPO and MSM. After 2 months I added Bustea (one cup a day is all I can manage, nasty stuff!) and GABA. Well I have been on this program for almost 5 months and not much is happening so I'd appreciate any input or advice. My breasts do seem to be a little bit fuller and firmer so it hasn't been a complete waste of time and money.
I did promise myself to stick with this program for 6 months before giving up so I'll continue on for now.
Any suggestions anyone?
If you are really thin the herb route may take longer to work for you or it may not work at all (herbs unfort don't work for everyone). Try massaging twice a day with fenugreek steeped in olive oil (let it sit for a week before using-warning smell is very strong) and see if it will aid the herbs in your growth. I too had pain But no growth when I did the herb route but the side effects kept me from going on. I became a little superficial and could not take the increased amount of acne I was getting Wink hope you start to grow soon. Take care Smile
Hello Shay,
I too, at age 60, just began the NBE program 4 mo ago. Also, like you, I never was aware there were products & contraptions (I use NG) to "grow" breasts. What I have learned is that the older we get, the longer it takes. I've tried BB and PM. Neither gave me much growth. I've been frustrated & depressed like you'd never imagine. Everyone in this forum says to be patient, but at 60, I don't have years to wait.
So I guess we should realize it's going to be a long, hard journey ahead of us but we shouldn't give up.
Hi periwinkle12,

I am quite slim, especially from the waist up lol! Here are my stats:
Age: 50
Height: 5 ft 4"
Weight: 114lb
Under Bust: 30"
Around Nipple: 34"
Bra size: 34A
Children: 2 both breast fed

I have been massaging twice a day, in the morning with WY cream and at night with the Greenbush extract containing FG, SP & WY mixed with either FG steeped in olive oil or more recently I'm using cocoa butter cream as I feel as though this absorbs better into my skin. At night I use a heating pad following the massage for about 30 mins.
Between being on the thin side and my age, I wasn't sure if herbs would work for me but I will not give up on the herbs yet. I will continue until the end of the year and if I haven't made any progress by then I will look into the BO route.
The only bad side effect I'm having with the herbs is spider veins. I did a little research on this and am now taking Horsechestnut extract and Grapeseed extract to try to counteract this.
I just read your program, good luck with the BO I hope it works for you, I admire how you haven't given up.

lostacres,

I saw one of your previous posts, you are the lady that finally gave me the courage to post my program. I thought I was the oldest lady here and it makes me feel a lot better knowing that I'm not the only older woman who still wants bigger breasts. I wish I could have tried NBE 30 years ago but being flat chested doesn't get any easier with age.
How long did you take BB for? This is the route I was planning to go if the herbs don't work for me. I am also tempted to try NB. since it sounds as though it's a lot more user friendly than Brava. How are you getting on with NB?
Like you I get depressed sometimes as it is frustrating when you don't seem to be getting any results but I try to have a 'take one day at a time' attitude as I'm certain that stress will not help us reach our goal.
I think this forum is wonderful with all the knowledge and support given it is a huge help.

Hi Shay,
I too wish I startred this 30 yrs ago. We seem to have similar stats, desires & frustrations. I ALWAYS wanted bigger breasts, but other than implants, I had no idea NBE even existed either. I found the Brava system, by accident, on Ebay. That's what got me stared. I couldn't sleep with Brava so I gave up on it. I then found NG & am very pleased with it. I'm not getting huge gains, but at least I'm not "flat" any more. Started NG 7/4/10. Took BB for 2 mo but could not get my temp up so instead of wasting the pills, I stopped. Tried PM for 2 mo but was not happy with no growth with that either. I'm currently doing a liver cleanse & will try BB again, this time I'll take raw adrenal too. It's supposed to help with temps. I also will take L-tyrosine. Someone told me to take GABA & PABA as it's supposed to help us "oldies." I took SP with the PM but it made me lose everything I worked so hard for. I don't know why that happened & no one else is able to speculate on the cause either.
So, all in all, I expect to be doing this til I'm put in a old folks home!!!!
Please keep me posted on your program/results.
Hi lostacres,

Yes I'll keep you updated on my program, I'm just hoping I'll have some progress to report. I'm getting very tempted to order a Noogleberry but I do have some concerns. I had bad marks / indentations from the Brava, they did go away eventually but it took a couple of months at least. I am very bony around the chest area. The marks never went away all the time I was using it so I had to wear something that completely covered my chest area every day. I also had a lot of skin issues while I was using Brava, rash, blisters etc. Have you had or heard of anyone having any of these problems with NB?
It does seem as though getting the temp up is really key with BB, I hope you have some success with that. I'm going to start recording my temp every day to see if I might be a candidtate for BB too. Today it was 97.5 which I understand is too low but I want to do this for a while to see if it varies at all.
Keep me updated on your progress too. I wish you lots of luck. Big Grin
Shay
The NB does give some marks (described as hickey looking) if you leave it on too long or apply too much pressure from what I've read on some programs. In the NB section there are some good tips that people have shared on how to not cause marks and how not to stretch the nipple.

I think we all know the frustration of not growing after putting so much effort in a program. After quitting herbs and making a switch to BO I didn't start right away. I was sort of hesitant and trying to make the New program "perfect". Often times it's not us so don't be so hard on yourself and keep making tweaks or switch if you see something is not working for you in a couple of months. I think you're doing the right thing by sticking it out for at least 6 months before trying a new method
Thanks for your words of encouragement Periwinkle12. I've been tempted several times to call it a day with the herbs but then I remind myself that I need to give this a fair chance, but I think if nothing much has happened in 6 months then it's unlikely to. I've reached the 5 month mark now.
Although I haven't had any aches or pains for a long time I have been having an unusual sensation in my breasts for the last few days. Hard to describe but it feels like a tightness, anyone else experienced this? I wonder if it means anything, or if it's my mind playing tricks on me lol.
I don't measure myself because I seem to get a different measurement every time. I have been taking pictures though and I just looked at my before NBE and my most recent pic and although I haven't made the progress that I would have liked there is a difference in the fullness of my breasts, no cup size gain yet but fuller and recently they feel a little heavier too.
PERIWINKLE12,
On your BO program, do you take UB, BB or generic? What else do do add to it, e.g. adrenals, kelp, etc.? I'll be starting in 4 days. When I read the UB ingredients, it says that it has Ipriflavone in it. BB doesn't. Do you know if this is important?
Thanks

SHAY,
I would definitely get NG. The red marks are not really that bad. I, too, have a thin, boney, narrow rib cage/chest area. In fact, for the longest time, I couldn't get the cups to stay on. But at least, NG is helping (I think) instead of just relying on herbs/BO. And it's not as expensive as Brava.
Happy growing to you!!!!
Lostacres, I take UB with pituitary bc pituitary is an ingredient in BB that isn't in UB. Kelp also is in BB and not UB but my temperature is fine so I didn't think it would create a problem if I didn't take it. Ip sounds like a familiar topic of convo in the BO section. I remember it vaguely while reading on here so I can't offer advice on there. Maybe type the word in the search button of the BO thread and see if it will pop up? Which BO do you plan to start?

Shay, you're welcome Smile most of us are on here and haven't told our family or friends and it can be hard to stick to something with no results and no one to talk or no one who understands that nbe really does work and this is why I like this forum so much. Everyone's story is so different (number of times tried and how they stumbled upon this site) but all here for nbe ideas and success
