ive been taking UB for almost a month and i havnt really had any indications that its working except itching but im still the same size. i was taking herbs before so took milk thistle for a little less then a week before i started taking UB but now im wondering if it wasnt long enough, should i stop and take milk thistle again? if so for how long? thanks
