ive been taking UB for almost a month and i havnt really had any indications that its working except itching but im still the same size. i was taking herbs before so took milk thistle for a little less then a week before i started taking UB but now im wondering if it wasnt long enough, should i stop and take milk thistle again? if so for how long? thanks

A month is not long enough typically to see results, but the itching is a good sign. I didn't get a growth spurt with BO until my second cycle of being on it. I started mid cycle so roughly a little over 6 weeks into taking it. Look for growing pains sometime during the week before your period come second cycle.
