I think powder or capsule will not make any difference, because the capsule contains powder anyway. It's just a different way of taking the same thing. Powder might be cheaper, but capsules perhaps a lot more convenient. I don't know much about tinctures though, I'm still learning these things myself.

There are a lot of other NBE herbs of course apart from the ones you've named.
