I've read that Fenugreek, Wild yam, Saw palmetto and Fennel seed can increase bust size. If you have tried this, what is your routine? Is powder, capsule or tincture better? How many mg/ml and how often? I have a 34DD and I am not looking to increase the size, but after rapid weight gain/loss my DD have deflated and could use some plumping up=)
I think powder or capsule will not make any difference, because the capsule contains powder anyway. It's just a different way of taking the same thing. Powder might be cheaper, but capsules perhaps a lot more convenient. I don't know much about tinctures though, I'm still learning these things myself.
There are a lot of other NBE herbs of course apart from the ones you've named.
What are the other herbs, in case these don't work for me? I have only been researching this for the past week. So, I'm pretty clueless. Those were the ones mostly talked about on other sites. Is there anything that has worked the best for you?

Hi Kakes86, i think if its just firming and plumping up you want then try massage with wildyam cream or a boobie batter which is a mix of herbs put together, you will find how to do it on this forum, just put it in the search, also breast pumps like the noogleberry are exellent for filling out your boobs again and firming them up so maybe that is also worth a look, that would be under the breast pump section. And the answer to your question is yes these herbs can and do increase breast size but not for everyone, they are some of the most popular herbs used but there are alot more and other methods we use on here to increase our breast sizes, but please look into what i suggest and see what you think honey.
