ive been looking into many different herbs i can take to start my NBE journey.
i am a 18 yrs old girl who weights around 125 pounds
can anyone recommend a program they have used using herbs and have had seen great results.
I wanted to start taking fenugreek and wild yam capsules & massaging with wild yam cream. Since i am a beginner i wanted to start off small
Can anyone help me. I have been confued for so long and im ready to start my NBE process. Any information would be appreciated
