this is a great diet!! I am really happy for you and your honey-- read that he came back with veggies! that is great! I looooove avocados! they are super good for you and great to add curves, just be careful how many you eat because you can gain from them ^^
losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise! I firmly believe that. I've seen it-- but if you want to gain muscle you'll have to give more than 100%

dont forget to work on your chest calisthenics, you want to keep the girls "up" there ;D lol
