Hi ladies!
It's always nice to see massage techiniques done so that we don't have to guess how to do it from reading

Because we (mostly) wear bra's all day long, our lymphs under our arms/breasts get clogged easily (this is also another factor in why many women end up with breast cancers- NOT saying this is the only reason) but...this massage is focused on releasing the toxins to flow out from your lymph glands through your blood to leave your body. I've been doing this massage and i really like it.
