Two massage techniques
May 3 2006 at 2:40 AM tinytits (Login tinytits)
Hi, I'm new here. I did some reading before I finaly decided to post. I need a little enlightenment on the two massage techniques that I feel have little contrasting messages. One is the massage techniques suggested by Lisa and pansyclub (Massage Techniques' page)where movements are more directed inward.

The other technique is where movements are more directed outward. This one is more detailed (got this link from Helen, Personal Program's page) with a video presentation.

Now, I am confused because the techniques are a little different. While Pansyclub's is more on massaging your breast using inward direction (including No. 6 movement), the other one suggests massaging your breast using outward direction. Don't get me wrong, I understand there are also similar movements. Could it be that Pansyclub's is a breast enlargement technique and this one is for total breast care?

I want to find out what's what because I don't want to do something that would shrink my tits some more, lol. Mine is super tiny, like raisins, lol, and I want it a little bigger. No longer dreaming for cups B or C, a full A will do so well.

Thanks!!!

even though the "outward" massage scares me and therefor I will be safe and never "test" it, I do think that ANY kind of massage that gets the blood circulating would have to help. Wether It be squeezing, jiggleing, mooshing, rubbing or kneeding. And by stimulating the breasts you release hormones. I dont really "think" it matters "how" you do it, as long as you do it.

I DO however think the "circular" movements is what makes the boobs look rounder. I dont think Kneeding them or squeezing them would give a nice "rounded" look-BUT I "DO" think it would help get the circulation going.

Now that being said, I still play it safe and massage inwards. I dont know if the outwards motion causes them to shrink, but it read that too many times and I certainly dont want or need smaller boobs!! lol!

Thanks loads! I should just stick to the suggestions of Lisa and Pansyclub. I actually started last night and did another round this morning using olive oil. Could not find a good CB lotion, because the ones i found have mineral oil in them (I'm in the Philippines), should probably try body shop.

One question though.. is it alright to use vitamin E cream instead of oil? I can't find Vit. E oil. Will the natural Vit. E in capsule form do?

The first two techniques, from Lisa and Pansyclub, are both Chinese.

It doesn't seem clear where the third one is from, but I'm guessing not from China.

Hi there, I just wanted to clarify that that isn't actually MY massage technique, I just made the drawing because people got confused about how to do the massage most of us on here are using, so it was just to clarify.

To answer your question I do think that inward motion is meant to be for breast gain, and outward motion more to get rid of toxins adn general breast health.
Good luck with your boobie growth journey,
Lisa

Tinytits and girls,

As far as the lympatic massage is concerned,
I wouldn't really call it an outward motion in the same sense as we use the word "outward" or "inward" for the chi massage's circular motion. If you watch the video or read the info on that webpage, you will see that the "outward" movements do not involve the circular motion, but moving the lymph from the centre of your breasts outward to all those important "stations" located along the sides of our breast and underarm (hence the "arrows" pointing to all directions starting from the nipple, in the page's 5th breast diagram). And this is because you want to help the lymph fluid to move from your breasts "outward" to the major lymph nodes - this is how the word "outward" is meant - nothing to do with the circular movement direction in the chi method. Now, if you look at the 3rd breast diagram, where the circular movement is shown (i.e. moving your fingers AROUND your breast), you will realise it is entirely CONSISTENT with the chi techinique that Lisa121 illustrated for us, it is in fact an "inward" direction towards the cleavage.

The lymphatic breast massage indeed involves general breast health and care, by assisting the lymph fluid to move properly in the lympatic vessels and towards the nodes where it gets filtered (as they can get restricted in everyday life due to clothing, bras and lack of movement).

So the 2 techniques (lymphatic and chi) are not conflicting but complementary. Hence in addition to the chi massage, I personally like doing the lympatic massage illustrated in the video from time to time (e.g. twice a week) right after the chi massage.

Hope this helps clear the confusion for you tinytits. Smile

Luv, Helen xx

I can't help wondering whether massage techniques are really important. Isn't any kind of massage going to be good?

Question about massage
May 22 2006, 8:08 PM

Hi everybody!
I really wonder that what do you mean with inward and outward massage? I think it's related about direction. I looked at Lisa's message page. Does it show inward massage?
thanks.

As far as I know the Lisa massage page shows inward movements. I've been sent another massage picture, which I assume is showing the same thing, so I've added it to the same page alongside the original picture.

Helen, I've just seen your lymph massage explanation. That makes everything so clear. Thanks, or did Eve make that page?

I made the page, but Helen supplied all the information for it. Note to Helen: are you happy with how the page looks? I followed your words exactly, so it was just a case of driving the layout of the page.

Thank you girls Smile
...Something very weird has been happening with my web browser - I could not view the lymphatic massage page, although I kept checking, then I saw DesertQueen's thanking message and thought, how strange, as I could not see the page myself - apparently my Firefox older version wouldn't allow for it to show somehow (now I remember I also had trouble viewing the updated pictures of Surf's suddenly for a period without knowing why) - now it's explained, the latest version of Mozilla Firefox solved the problem (this is also for anyone else perhaps having the same problem as me with some of the links...)

DESERT QUEEN :
Glad you found it helpful, it's basically just all the important bits gathered from the original page, I thought of just gathering together the "steps" in that particular order so that the technique is clear. This info has helped my own uderstanding so much, so I thought it would be useful and educational to have there, plus it's very quick and easy to follow 2-3 times a week, on top of the daily massages Wink

EVE :
Thank you so much, it's all 'up' thanks to you, I have to say you did a very good job with the page layout, I couldn't have imagined it any better! Wink

Love, H xx

Thanks Eve for adding that picture to the page, hopefully both together explain how to do the inward motion with the massage.

Helen, thanks so much for that info as well, that is so useful and I think we should all make a point of taking care of our boobs in that way now and again addtitionally to doing our general massage.

This forum has developed so much since I first came here over a year ago and I think it is great the amount and depth of info that has accumulated thanks to all of the members here, old and new ones.

Take care everyone,

Hi ladies!
It's always nice to see massage techiniques done so that we don't have to guess how to do it from reading Smile

Because we (mostly) wear bra's all day long, our lymphs under our arms/breasts get clogged easily (this is also another factor in why many women end up with breast cancers- NOT saying this is the only reason) but...this massage is focused on releasing the toxins to flow out from your lymph glands through your blood to leave your body. I've been doing this massage and i really like it.
