But yeh it was an eye opener for me too. That's not to say long term use of non organic won't cause a build up of toxic shit in out system?.. But that leads me to researching " how to detox from herbacides and pesticides".. Implement that and then the vegan diet could work for us
Balance organic with non organic. Don't eat unneeded junk too much. Move and sweat so that the body can detox itself properly as it already does on a daily basis. It is smarter than we give credit to it for. It will take care of it.
