DMSO is an industrial solvent that increases skin permeability so something that could make booby lotion more effective. However few important points to note:
1) Increases skin permeability by x1000 so beneficial and toxic effects increased.
2) Only increases absorption of molecules that are small enough to get through the skin like steroids, will not help with fats and proteins.
3) Absorbed material penetrates the skin and fat layers to get into your blood stream and iternal organs - don't mix anything (or apply anything until skin is washed thoroughly) that you wouldn't swallow, including moisturisers / topical creams like Wonderup or St.Herb. Don't mix with your progesterone cream as that would be like eating the whole tub in one day!
4) Shouldn't store in plastic / metal / wood container as may absorb
toxins from the material that will pass into your body. Ok to use plastic / metal bowl while applying and to use plastic / metal spoon to mix. Wood should never be used as may be harbouring bacteria.
5) Ok to get on your hands and shouldn't use any type of gloves, can also be applied with clean cotton wool. Wash hands and boobs after to avoid absorbing everything you come in contact with later.
6) Water / alcohol soluble so washes off easily with water (don't use soap as ingredients from the soap may be absorbed). Works better in water / alcohol based lotion than oil based.
7) Don't apply neat, I've seen 30% and 70% solutions recommended for use on the body.
8) Don't buy the industrial grade as it may have more impurities.
9) Never been known to cause internal body problems - worse case scenario may give a rash or a burning feeling, may be wise to do a skin test or start with a more dilute solution.
10) Damn it! 10 points looks more professional!
Most of this info I've got from the internet and from the link below, I've also spoken to the developer of this product and it seems to be the most reputable and safe for use on the body. Will post if it seems to do anything helpful for NBE.

11. Start with ONE DROP and work up slowly. Two drops per side is probably all you would ever need.
