You seem to be doing great with papaya - please provide a link to the exact papaya powder you have, is it the whole plant or the fruit? What exactly are you adding to it and where do you get them from? Thanks

Hi louise, i get my WHOLE GREEN PAPAYA powder from www.royaltropics.com if you read the posting i made starting homemade sweety papaya drink you will see the other ingredients i use. Im now only drinkni the tea for 7/8 days after my period. Im also taking one 1000 mg starflower oil and also massaging with 1 capsule daily.
I will be putting some green papaya in my soup and smoothie but to be honest since i finished the tea on day 8 after my period ended i havent really been taking the powder. I will make the effort to make soup and smoothie today and put a teaspoon of GP in there!!
Ps my massager bra should be arriving today so i'll be wearing that twice a day too!!
Boobie blessins x

Ok, you seem to be adding: longan, jujube, goji berries and rose hip - do you use kudzu or dong quai? The Tigerlily translation thread says to only use after you period because of dong quai but nowhere else is that listed as an ingredient so I'm a bit confused. Where did you get all the other stuff from and were they actual fruits or powders? I've got some goji berried but they taste spicy and I don't really like them! How much of each ingredient do you consume for each day you take it? (I like the idea of this stuff as it's not really hormonal so don't think it'll affect the other stuff I take).

hi louise well i get my longon and jujube from the local chinese store, they actually have a tea premade up with longan jujube and black soya bean, to this i add 1/2 teaspoon GP, a few goji berries and 2 rosehips, i have deliberately chosen not to use kudzu or dong quai as these type of herbs give me a miserable time, i agree with what u say about the dong quai not being listed as an ingredient in the drink but if u look at supershine ingredients on ittybitty's post the main ingredient is collagen and green papaya there is no mention of dong quai or kudzu
i take a sachet of the longan jujube tea in the morning with 1/2 teaspoon of GP then i repeat in the evening
i take tea at meal times also aim to massage 30 mins before or after tea and incorporate a high protein meal with the tea
Basically im following the booby food and massage technique as sescribed by feng shui i have been doin pansy club massage since saturday and thats it!!
my theory is the GP acts on the protein which acts on the tissue growth from massage and makes it grow and hopefully be permanant
also taking one 1000mg of starflower oil internally also massage with 1 capsule

A long time ago someone recommended Green Papaya and Pork Rib Soup to me for breast growth. I didn't pay much attention at the time, but with all the talk about papaya and milk to grow breasts it was apparently worth a lot more consideration than I gave it.
