This will def. help with breast growth!
January 5 2007 at 10:34 AM CC (no login)
Hi everyone

I don't know if you know this but in Asian countries, PAPAYA is a major breast enhancement fruit.

The best way to consume papaya is to chop it up and mix it in the food processor with a cup of whole fat organic milk/soy milk. Make sure the papaya is ripe (dark orange meat)but it does decay pretty fast so make sure you eat the whole fruit in less than 3 days.

If you drink this everyday .. you SHOULD see result in most 2 weeks.

Another way to consume papaya is by boiling it with chicken soup.. use organic chickens, yea it sounds weird maybe even nasty but if you get used to it, papaya can be used as a vegetable as well..

Other breast enhancement foods include

Ox tail
Pork
Peanut butter
Banana

can you not eat papaya without adding to milk? im not a big fan of milk especially soy milk...maybe im not getting fullness because im not taking enough protein. adding pooping pills is hard enough without having to consume foods with a screwed up face!!

Hi CC Smile

Thanks for the tip about papaya. Way back when, I tried a papaya recipe from one of my old herb books. That recipe was for papaya (interestingly, it said for it to be unripe or green?) and apple cider vinegar. I don't recall the exact measurements, but you were to boil down the vinegar with the chopped fruit (no rind), and let simmer for 1 hr. My whole house smelled like an Easter egg, and swallowing the mixture was torturous. I couldn't even gag it down.

Papaya is still in all the updated herb books for increasing lactation and even causing a clear discharge in a non-pregant breast. I think I just might give this one another go. Is soy a major ingredient, or can it be substituted with rice or almond milk? Have you tried it personally? hhhmmmmmmm....looks like I'll be adding yet another add-on to my routine Smile

Hi everyone,

you can eat the papayas without milk.. but again milk does double the result. The alternative to milk would be honey.

wikipedia says that phytochemicals in papaya can supress the effects of progesterone. i don't know how relevant this is to nbe, but since some people here are taking progesteronic herbs, wouldn't eating large amounts of papaya counteract this?

From Wikipedia:

"Women in Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka and other parts of the world have long used papaya as a folk remedy for contraception and abortion. Medical research in animals has confirmed the contraceptive and abortifacient capability of papaya, and also found that papaya has contraceptive effects in men as well, it can leave some men infertile for up to 10 years.[1] Unripe papaya is especially effective, in large amounts or high doses. Papaya is not teratogenic and will not cause miscarriage in small, ripe amounts. Phytochemicals in papaya may suppress the effects of progesterone."

Regarding progesterone and those of us taking Vitex and other progesterone-promoting herbs, I wonder if we could eat papaya during the first part of the cycle (follicular) and then NOT eat it during the luteal phase when we really need the effects of progesterone to prevent PMS? This hormone stuff is so confusing!
i heard that the papaya is good for breast enhancement.

Hello, i'm new at this forum, i was reading many messages and just checking the website, it seemed interesting to me i would like to be part of the group of successful natural breast enhanced women!Smile, i read a lot of NBE pills reviews on the web, sometimes is so confusing, which one is good, which one is safe, which one is real, which one is not expensive? the first time i heard about natural breast enhancement methods like the pills, i thought it was a miracle, because i would never have a surgery, they cut your skin, burn your skin and scar your skin, and dont forget that these things are not the more dangerous things about breast surgery, the implant cause many troubles too, not every women's bodies can accept implants inside of them, many times the body fights against that strange thing called implant that is not normal or natural in the body,i dont want to risk my health that is so important and also thousands of dollars! when i see that someone spent 2000-6000 dollars in breast implants i can't believe it! how many children with cancer would have a better life or get cured with that amount of money, among other real life situations. It's unbelievable, yes i'm a woman and i like to be attractive, but i wouldnt spent that amount of money in something so dangerous and so painful!. So if there's many natural solutions for body issues there must be something that works, because i heard that in India a long time ago women used to drink natural herbs to enhance there breast size, and i can believe that. I also heard that the papaya can help to enhance too, with time. I'm not a papaya fan at all, i dont like the smell of it , or the taste of it, but i have met women who really like papaya since always, and they eat it all the time , everyday, and they have big breasts, so, it's worth the try, maybe i can make some smoothies that taste better than eating the fruit alone. What do you think girls? do you have the papaya in your diet everyday? i would like to know if what i heard is true or not and also i would like to receive a newbies tour of this website hahaha and it's nice to meet you all. Bye. C.

Dear SugarQ, green papaya is just unripe papaya. i know there r ppl use it as "tea cup" (put tea bags and hot water in there after u take out the seeds and use the "top" as lid) for their stomtch problem.
and i use it when marimate beef to make it tender, too. :-)

July 22 2006, 10:22 PM

Hi, thank you all for responding to my post message, i've been searching for more information, yes it's the green papaya that works better, but what i read is important is the papain enzyme the fruit has, they say it helps the breast tissue grow , i found this article that talks about papaya and breasth growth:

"...Papaya is believed to be helpful with breast development for young girls. It has about 3 times as much Vitamin A as banana, almost 70 times as much Vitamin C as water melon. Eating papaya on a regular basis will help women maintain, even enhance the fullness and firmness of the breasts. It is low in sugar and calorie so it is a wonderful diet fruit."

My mom found out that at GNC they sell papain pills, it's the enzyme of the papaya, for the people that dont like to eat papaya but needs to eat it daily, and i've been taking some multivitamin pills that have papain also in the ingredients among other things, and i've been noticing a little change on my breasts, they feel more firm and like a tingle, i still havent try the herbs you recommend on this website, because i've been searching them here in my country, but i will add papain to my diet, whether on fruit or natural pills, to see if it works with the other herbs too. And as soon as i found a good recipe i will post it too, keep writing , thank you . Smile

the one I am taking from GNC says take 3-9 per day. 9 of these would be 135mg total. I would assume you could take more than that and probably need to for nbe but I don't know how much that is. I take 5 of these per day. But that is just me. I find that if I take more I have to run to the bathroom a little too often for my liking Tongue
I also noticed that there are websites that sell the green papaya enzyme. I am not taking it, just noticed it online. Wonder if it might be better? or if we might not have to take as many?

Hey, I was just wondering if papaya enzyme helps your boobs grow? because I came across a product called supershine, and it contains papaya enzymes in it. The ingredients are collagen, papaya enzyme, lactic acid bacteria, citric acid, malic acid, placenta acid, and fiber enzyme. This product looks really good. It was developed by the Japanese, and I think it's made in Taiwan. I wonder if taking papaya enzyme by itself would be effective? what does everyone else think?

If you're asking me? I have not used that lotion and I don't massage anymore. I used to do the GY's method and got so sick and tired of massaging and massaging and... (it was like running my whole life around just masaging). anyway when I did massage I did it dry, no lotion or cream at all. So can't comment on that, sorry. but lotion is not a necessity. and I feel it kind of defeats the purpose somewhat. since lotions/oils make the surface of the skin more slippery so you're massaging the skin more than what's underneath. and it's the lobs underneath that you want to stimulate. whereas dry it doesn't slip so you are concentrating more on the muscle/lobes underneath the skin rather than mostly sliding around on the skin surface (if that makes since). Just MHO and experience on this though.

yes green papaya is great for N.B.E... infact some women in tropical countries ( i can't remember the name of it) will put thin slices of it on their breasts while they massage them to enhance the size, look and feel of them.

and yes powdered papaya should work, as long as it has papain in it, it is good for n.b.e.

that is very interesting! I may have to switch to green. I am still not clear though exactly what part of the plant is the part good for nbe? I thought it was just the fruit. and specifically the green (unripe) fruit was to be the best. surely the tablets would offer some effect and tramendously cheaper than the supershine liquid. so would at least be worth a try.

have you seen the other post on the supershine? Aura123 says you need the whole papaya plant for it to be effective.

Hi Kieyah,

According to your posting in the other papaya breast enhancement thread, the 'wisegeek' website, states that the enzyme papain is extraced from unripe papaya. So wouldn't that mean that all papaya enzyme supplements would be from green papaya? I'm taking one and it doesn't specifically state green papaya but if the wisegeek statment is true then all the papain in the different supplements should come from green i.e., unripe papaya.

I'm not clear on how to know whether or not the other parts of the papaya came from unripe fruit. They could use a combination of ripe and unripe. unless it specifically says green papaya like the one goatwoman found. otherwise I would think that the higher papain content the higher green papaya content (mine is not much papain). I would be interested to know how much papain content is in the green papaya goatwoman found but I can't find it.

I am also not entirely clear if it *has* to be green or not. since supershine does not state green or unripe papaya. and it has been mentioned before with the asian gals that when using the fresh fruit that ripe is ok. I also am not clear in if other parts of the plant are needed since Aura123 says you need other parts of the plant. the asian ladies using the fresh fruit have only mentioned the fruit of the papaya. the best I can gather is that it is the fruit that is needed and unripe would be best. so I guess the green would be better. but I hope someone who is more of an expert can enlighten us please!

Hi chocogirl, well ive been using green papaya in a homemade "sweety papaya" as described int the fengshui i need you to translate thread

I have been having two cups a day , and putting green papaya into soup. As i have just finished my period i will now only be drinking the tea mix for 7 days after my period only as described by feng shui and 2 people on the taiwan forum who had good growth from the manufacturers version.

I also massage sometimes!() bought the electronic one which is AWESOME but im allergic to it or the jelly or both so i got rashy breasts still and i havent used it in over a week so i bought an infrared massager but cos my breasts are still rashy and a have a few cuts from the electronic thing i havent done any massage at all in the past week.

Anyway heres the good bit, i didnt lose anything during or after my period my breasts are meateier and fuller up top. I cant find my tape measure but my indicator bra is now a very tight fit i would say that im actually a full 34B right now with lots of cleavage where breastbone alone used to be!!as opposed to a 34b with lots of gaps!

Now i would hope its down to the papaya powder. I also take 1 1000mg capsule of starflower oil internally and i moistureise my breasts with a capsule of starflower oil every morning i intend to put this on before i use the infrared massager too when i heal completely.

so becos its early days with the green papaya this is all the feedback i can give right now, but i'll keep you posted!

I will be putting some green papaya in my soup and smoothie but to be honest since i finished the tea on day 8 after my period ended i havent really been taking the powder. I will make the effort to make soup and smoothie today and put a teaspoon of GP in there!!

Ok, you seem to be adding: longan, jujube, goji berries and rose hip - do you use kudzu or dong quai? The Tigerlily translation thread says to only use after you period because of dong quai but nowhere else is that listed as an ingredient so I'm a bit confused. Where did you get all the other stuff from and were they actual fruits or powders? I've got some goji berried but they taste spicy and I don't really like them! How much of each ingredient do you consume for each day you take it? (I like the idea of this stuff as it's not really hormonal so don't think it'll affect the other stuff I take).

hi louise well i get my longon and jujube from the local chinese store, they actually have a tea premade up with longan jujube and black soya bean, to this i add 1/2 teaspoon GP, a few goji berries and 2 rosehips, i have deliberately chosen not to use kudzu or dong quai as these type of herbs give me a miserable time, i agree with what u say about the dong quai not being listed as an ingredient in the drink but if u look at supershine ingredients on ittybitty's post the main ingredient is collagen and green papaya there is no mention of dong quai or kudzu

i take a sachet of the longan jujube tea in the morning with 1/2 teaspoon of GP then i repeat in the evening

i take tea at meal times also aim to massage 30 mins before or after tea and incorporate a high protein meal with the tea

Basically im following the booby food and massage technique as sescribed by feng shui i have been doin pansy club massage since saturday and thats it!!

my theory is the GP acts on the protein which acts on the tissue growth from massage and makes it grow and hopefully be permanant

also taking one 1000mg of starflower oil internally also massage with 1 capsule

A long time ago someone recommended Green Papaya and Pork Rib Soup to me for breast growth. I didn't pay much attention at the time, but with all the talk about papaya and milk to grow breasts it was apparently worth a lot more consideration than I gave it.

I know it's green papaya that's the boobie food, but is ripe papaya really useless for NBE? I deff can't get green papaya.

Both avocado smoothie and (ripe) papaya smoothie are wellknown boobie drinks in TW, ripe papaya may not be as effective as green papaya, still there are some boobie soups require it, the soup would taste a bit sweet.

Green papaya has more enzyme than ripe papaya (because it's the enzyme makes papaya ripe -- just from what I read).

Are there any Vietnamese restaurants in your area? Vietnamese use green papaya in their dishes a lot, maybe you can ask them where to get it.

P.S. I heard that if you eat ripe papaya for a large quantity for a long period of time, it may cause your skin turns yellow, it will change back after you stop eating it.

Thanks Fengshui. No I don't think I'd find any Viatnamese restaurtants arround here, from what I know there isn't even an asian supermarket in my entire country! Too small market I guess. I'll be sure to watch out for yellow skin lol.

It's good to know that the ripe papaya can still work.

Moon,

Would you consider green papaya enzyme supplements instead? I got fullness from them, but haven't had access to them in over a year, but am considering trying to order them online for this time of year. Beth felt she had results in part due to the enzymes if I remember right.

Thanks Sunshine, I'll consider it. I do wish I could take more stuff in the form of food tho, cheaper and makes me feel better to eat healthily.
