Papaya Enzyme

For those using it, how much can I take safely in a day? I have been taking about 6 a day. I never thought it could be too much. Thanks for any advice.

the one I am taking from GNC says take 3-9 per day. 9 of these would be 135mg total. I would assume you could take more than that and probably need to for nbe but I don't know how much that is. I take 5 of these per day. But that is just me. I find that if I take more I have to run to the bathroom a little too often for my liking
I also noticed that there are websites that sell the green papaya enzyme. I am not taking it, just noticed it online. Wonder if it might be better? or if we might not have to take as many?

Hey, I was just wondering if papaya enzyme helps your boobs grow? because I came across a product called supershine, and it contains papaya enzymes in it. The ingredients are collagen, papaya enzyme, lactic acid bacteria, citric acid, malic acid, placenta acid, and fiber enzyme. This product looks really good. It was developed by the Japanese, and I think it's made in Taiwan. I wonder if taking papaya enzyme by itself would be effective? what does everyone else think?

I've heard of Supershine in relation to boob growth - thought that's what it's marketed for but don't know if it works, may have been this forum or the BE Board below:

I am thinking the papaya enzyme I am taking my not work for BE since it isn't or does not state it is "green papaya" which of course if from unripen papaya. I did a search for supplements of the green papaya and it appears most of the supplements are out of Asia. I will keep searching for it however.

Your paypaya enzeme will stop bloat and gassiness which herbs will cause. It is a digestive enzyeme and everyone should be taking a digestive supplement when on herbs to help eliminate bloat herbs cause.

Hi girls, those of you who have been using the papay enzyme on a regular basis, have you noticed any more increase in boob size?
I took it for a while and my boobs were fuller but never managed to stick to taking it for that long. Just can“t be bothered with all those pills anymroe.
I have started taking it again a few days ago to see if it does anything more, spring time always makes me wanna have bigger boobs for my bikini :-). I will try to stick to it longer this time around to see what it does.

Does anyone know if these two are effective at all?

And also I thought this would be a great idea too...

..For massage. Does anyone think that would work? Or does it not contain the right ingredients for BE?

The pills, I'm not sure about. I think someone took those, but mine had 90mg of Papain in it as it was extra strength. We never really concluded how much papain was needed...
The lotion looks good, I didn't see anything in there that would be negative and it doesn't seem to have mineral oil in it.

Jackie, that first link there, that's the one I was taking. I absolutely loved it. Can't say with certaintly anything on growth since I was taking so many other things. But they taste really good and I could tell pretty quickly that they were speeding up my digestion. So I know it was absorbed well. I have since run out and no GNC near me so haven't re-stocked on them.

If you're asking me? I have not used that lotion and I don't massage anymore. I used to do the GY's method and got so sick and tired of massaging and massaging and... (it was like running my whole life around just masaging). anyway when I did massage I did it dry, no lotion or cream at all. So can't comment on that, sorry. but lotion is not a necessity. and I feel it kind of defeats the purpose somewhat. since lotions/oils make the surface of the skin more slippery so you're massaging the skin more than what's underneath. and it's the lobs underneath that you want to stimulate. whereas dry it doesn't slip so you are concentrating more on the muscle/lobes underneath the skin rather than mostly sliding around on the skin surface (if that makes since). Just MHO and experience on this though.
