DDr Heinrich in Vienna-any experience???

Hi everyone,
I have a question whether anyone had stem cell op done in this clinic.
I looked through their before and after picks- very impressive!!! I also send them (as they asked) my photo and asked about the price. They told me that it varies from 7000 Euro (for fat not enriched with stem cells only that is naturally occurring in it) to 21000 Euro (stem enriched).They also have something in between , when they add more stem cells to fat.
I was told that the 21000 Euro one is permanent, while the other 2 are long lasting....And those lucky to have AAA like me will need prob. more than one op.
As I live in London, it is a bit tricky to have consultation, although they do it on Skype as well...
21000 Euro is like WOW!!! I am thinking what are the guarantee that it will be permanent? The procedure is so new to state whether it is permanent...what do you think?? Big money, taking into account that implants are around 5000.
Also I am afraid that if person have no trouble burning off extra fat due to high metobolism or mb working out, will it make results shorter leaved?
Another concern, is how much fat do they need, as I have BMI 21.do i have enough of fat?
Also I can't any proper info on risks etc as it is so new. I know that there is another doctor in London getting ready to launch treatment in London in Jan...it will be 6500£ and probably the middle option of DDr Heinrich...
Well, please, share with me your opinion and also IF SOMEONE HAD IT DONE ALREADY-PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE.

If this procedure is performed perfectly and most gentle, about 70–80 % of the implanted volume will last over long time. Treatment can be repeated after some period, if necessary.
In stem cell assisted Lipotransfer (CAL) stem cells from own fat will be isolated in complicated laboratory procedures and then added to the portion of fat which will be implanted. This procedure will give longer lasting results than any other method. On the long run about 95 % of the implanted volume can be expected to last. Treatment need not be repeated.
NOW WHEN I LOOK AT IT IT DOESN@T SEEMS THAT THEY STATE THAT ANY OF THIS METHOD ARE PERMANENT ....and lasting results can be intrepreted in many ways...I AM CONFUSED!!!!! Also practicing from 2007 can be called a vast experience, can it???
