Especially when its warm or hot i burn it off fast,, and i do little damage to my boobs. That is the battle though that tweeking of certain parts.
Right now I'm mostly going the massage route (chi and Chiyomilk's) but also taking a bit of fenugreek. My BMI is low to normal but I am still seeking to tone up and lose weight. Has anyone here been successful in gaining or maintaining while losing weight and getting definition around the abs and arms? Any thoughts?
