Maintaining and / or gaining on a fitness journey

I understand a lot of these models are surgically enhanced but imo there must be a natural way to do it too. Ideally, I'd like to get up to (or almost up to) the bust size I was when I was heavier, while maintaining the same low-ish bodyweight I have now or even lose more off my waist.

Right now I'm mostly going the massage route (chi and Chiyomilk's) but also taking a bit of fenugreek. My BMI is low to normal but I am still seeking to tone up and lose weight. Has anyone here been successful in gaining or maintaining while losing weight and getting definition around the abs and arms? Any thoughts?
Fenugreek is a winner to me, but it does add extra weight,( at least in my case,,). But as long as Im able to keep up some form of heart healthy regimen, aerobic,/ weights, Im okay. By that i mean my favorite workout for legs is putting on heavy ankle weights,, and walking up and a down a long steep hill here in town. Especially when its warm or hot i burn it off fast,, and i do little damage to my boobs. That is the battle though that tweeking of certain parts.
