Full Version: Maintaining and / or gaining on a fitness journey

One of the main questions in the world of NBE is how we can maintain and / or gain, either firmness or size, while on a fitness and dieting journey. One of my main inspirations in terms of fitspo is Playboy and Maxim and I also do squats and lunges to boost my booty. I understand a lot of these models are surgically enhanced but imo there must be a natural way to do it too. Ideally, I'd like to get up to (or almost up to) the bust size I was when I was heavier, while maintaining the same low-ish bodyweight I have now or even lose more off my waist.

Right now I'm mostly going the massage route (chi and Chiyomilk's) but also taking a bit of fenugreek. My BMI is low to normal but I am still seeking to tone up and lose weight. Has anyone here been successful in gaining or maintaining while losing weight and getting definition around the abs and arms? Any thoughts?
Theres this website called Nowloss and it talks about how you can loose weight while still getting a bigger butt, I guess when it comes to the breasts you have to keep on massaging it with herbal oils. I think its totally possible to keep your breasts while loosing weight, I know some women who kept their breasts while loosing weight. Still i am not really for sure how since my goal is to gain weight.

Cool, thanks. There's a bit of spam on these websites, though. I'm doing the Chiyomilk and Chi massages atm while working out every day.
Keep working your pectoral muscles to make them bigger as an exercise on its own and keep massaging/stimatulating your boobs. Id keep up with a healthy diet too, good fatty acids etc
I at one point lost a good chunk of weight and while I did loose some boobs too I also kept more than what I expected to loose as I lost 3-4 kgs.

Fenugreek is a winner to me, but it does add extra weight,( at least in my case,,). But as long as Im able to keep up some form of heart healthy regimen, aerobic,/ weights, Im okay. By that i mean my favorite workout for legs is putting on heavy ankle weights,, and walking up and a down a long steep hill here in town. Especially when its warm or hot i burn it off fast,, and i do little damage to my boobs. That is the battle though that tweeking of certain parts.

Yeah, I have noticed that as well. I mostly do lower body exercise as well
