I gain in my bust when I get heavier to the point of being about an F cup at only 110 lbs. the thing is my waist could balance out my chest as much as hips do when I'm at my heaviest weight. I need my hips to balance me out. I'm currently like 36-22-33 due to really working on my waist to be really small but I don't gain on my hips at all. So when I'm like over 100 lbs my waist gets to 23/24" and I look straight in comparison to my hips. It's a genetic thing my grandma and mom and basically my whole family except my half aunt have no hips at all. Some have big butts and/or big boobs but the hip region is completely straight. My other grandma had hips for days and my dad's sisters had pearish/hourglass figures. I look like my dad's family but my body's like my grandma and mom's. I can gain on my butt it's just my hips dent in and are straight the only part that has weight are the top of my hips. What I'm scared of with maca is gaining weight in my bust. I don't want to gain a lot of weight in my bust. Because I heard it promotes weight gain in the feminine region. So if this is the case will it likely just make my bust even bigger without regard to my hips since that's mainly what my body does? Would maca be for me? My butt gains weight but it takes it's time like it's average compared to my weight so compared to my breasts it's smaller. Would this be a good try? Would maca even me out?
For you maca will most likely increase both your butt and bust. Anything else herbal will be the same way, or it'll only go to your bust depending on what it is. The reason is estrogen herbs go to the butt, and estrogen + progesterone goes to the bust. Your progesterone is likely to be very high so you're stuck with gaining in both areas, or the bust only, not the butt only, no matter what the herb. Eventually enough estrogen may reach a limit in the bust but you may grow a bit before stopping.

The only ways I can think of to focus on the butt only would be barbell squats and applying fat directly. Barbell squats only build muscle bulk. For fat cocoa butter and/or fish oil are good. The fat gained this way may not stay though.

I don't have much experience with maca, I tried it and it made me feel anxious. I heard if I stuck with it, it would pass but I just stopped. I have been working on my butt through working out. I have been walking up a very steep hill and taking as long as steps as I can almost like lunges. I also do squats and sitting against a wall with no chair. I also do leg lifts and a few other things. If you look in my latest avitar and also on my progress post you will see a better resolution pic. The curves and roundness in my butt I never had this nice until I started working out. I still have a lot more to do, I did gain some weight though which helped but I want to trim down my waist still. You can always PM me for more info if you like but I am no expert.
