I'm naturally a 32D. I gain in my bust when I get heavier to the point of being about an F cup at only 110 lbs. the thing is my waist could balance out my chest as much as hips do when I'm at my heaviest weight. I need my hips to balance me out. I'm currently like 36-22-33 due to really working on my waist to be really small but I don't gain on my hips at all. So when I'm like over 100 lbs my waist gets to 23/24" and I look straight in comparison to my hips. It's a genetic thing my grandma and mom and basically my whole family except my half aunt have no hips at all. Some have big butts and/or big boobs but the hip region is completely straight. My other grandma had hips for days and my dad's sisters had pearish/hourglass figures. I look like my dad's family but my body's like my grandma and mom's. I can gain on my butt it's just my hips dent in and are straight the only part that has weight are the top of my hips. What I'm scared of with maca is gaining weight in my bust. I don't want to gain a lot of weight in my bust. Because I heard it promotes weight gain in the feminine region. So if this is the case will it likely just make my bust even bigger without regard to my hips since that's mainly what my body does? Would maca be for me? My butt gains weight but it takes it's time like it's average compared to my weight so compared to my breasts it's smaller. Would this be a good try? Would maca even me out?

For you maca will most likely increase both your butt and bust. Anything else herbal will be the same way, or it'll only go to your bust depending on what it is. The reason is estrogen herbs go to the butt, and estrogen + progesterone goes to the bust. Your progesterone is likely to be very high so you're stuck with gaining in both areas, or the bust only, not the butt only, no matter what the herb. Eventually enough estrogen may reach a limit in the bust but you may grow a bit before stopping.

The only ways I can think of to focus on the butt only would be barbell squats and applying fat directly. Barbell squats only build muscle bulk. For fat cocoa butter and/or fish oil are good. The fat gained this way may not stay though.

I don't have much experience with maca, I tried it and it made me feel anxious. I heard if I stuck with it, it would pass but I just stopped. I have been working on my butt through working out. I have been walking up a very steep hill and taking as long as steps as I can almost like lunges. I also do squats and sitting against a wall with no chair. I also do leg lifts and a few other things. If you look in my latest avitar and also on my progress post you will see a better resolution pic. The curves and roundness in my butt I never had this nice until I started working out. I still have a lot more to do, I did gain some weight though which helped but I want to trim down my waist still. You can always PM me for more info if you like but I am no expert.

So are there there any that don't have progesterone? Why not? My mom's family tend to not have much limits with breasts growth I think if I took a pill enhance breasts growth it would probably make matters worst because my bust grows a lot faster than my butt does if they're allowed to grow on the same level I'll be just as top heavy or even less evened out.
Plenty of herbs don't have progesterone including maca. The problem is that it is likely that you already have a lot of progesterone so any estrogen you get is going to go mainly to your bust rather than your butt like it would with others.

Exercise and/or applying fish oil and/or cocoa butter directly are probably your best bet if you want to avoid breast growth.

You could also use herbs like maca and saw palmetto extract and put up with the breast growth for a while until the herbal estrogen catches up to your body's progesterone and your bust finally stops growing, while your butt, hips and thighs continue to grow.

My butt is shaped and round but it's not as big as my bust which is my biggest issue. I work out but more than anything it's just going to be higher right? But the thing is my butt is pretty high is just needs more weight there. I do squats though I to also do exercises to enhance my hips but it really hasn't done anything just makes legs slimmer and more toned.

My main focus would be my hips though as there is no weight on my hips. I would like to even out. I've worked out but it still doesn't help. Actually most attempts made it worst because I gain muscle up too first.

In proportion to my bust my butt needs to gain 4-5 inches to even out.

Wait does estrogen turn into progestin? I'm confused?
The progesterone doesn't come from the herbs. I'm saying it seems like you already have a lot of progesterone naturally. So any herbal estrogen that is normally good for the butt would go to your bust instead, or maybe to both.

When you do squats, do you use a barbell or other weights? Weights give more muscle bulk. You can actually make the muscle larger this way for a larger butt. Larger in size and not only lifted and toned. Rather than doing a large number of squats do a few but with a lot of weight.

It does look like gaining weight would help too if you can.

In my opinion:
  • Do squats with weights. 5 grams of creatine helps too, as does eating a little meat or nuts.
  • Apply oils/butters to the butt if you have time. Fish oil, cocoa butter, etc.

If you absolutely don't want to gain any more in the bust, that's all you can do. If you don't mind gaining in the bust at the same time then IMO:
  • Gain a little weight if you can. Get to at least 100 lbs. plus 3 lbs. per inch of height over 5'-0".
  • Take 3,000 mg maca a day, then increase to 10,000 mg. If you use gelatinized maca then it's 1,200 mg to start then gradually increase to 4,000 mg. Other extracts may be different too.
  • Take 320 mg saw palmetto extract a day.
  • Take 100 mg pueraria mirifica a day. Not more. Look around until you can find the low dose capsules or open the capsule and split it up.
That might help both the bust and butt right away, or it may take time before it stops helping the bust and starts helping the butt.
Looking at your pics, almost reminds me of the older "Barbie Dolls". You have a beautiful shape, but agree with you that your rear could be a little larger.

I was pretty close to the 100 lbs mark. I'm 5'1.5" 95-96 there. I had all you can eat yesterday was around 100-105 depending if I was wearing clothing. So I'm not underweight. I just look smaller because I store my weight in my bust leaving everything pretty small in comparison. I'm trying to gain weight to 110 to give weight and earn money. The thing is when I gain weight I just got bigger breasts my waist got to 25 from 23.8/24" waist I had a bigger waist as a teen. So it made my lower half look smaller than it looks now. My thighs were only thing a little bigger.

Which is why I want to gain weight but in a more even pattern. This is the most balanced I really get.

But I think I will try your advice for about 6 months if it works out or not. I've been looking up how to get wider hips and a bigger butt as well. Some of the stuff I haven't tried yet.
