I'm new here also, but I have heard of a tattoo artists that does wonders for women who suffered breast cancer. He would make them new nipples, which by the customer's review, made her feel like a woman again. She was insecure without them. I saw the video that showed the interview and I say he did a great job. Now in your situation, I don't see why a great artist like him couldn't change the appearance of a nipple. Not sure if you are down with the needles though.
