Natural Breast Enhancement Forums

Hi, everyone! I've been reading forums here for a long time but this is my first time actually joining the site. I am currently a 38D cup and even though it is a nice size, I would be happy going bigger.
But the main problem that I have with my breasts are not the size but that they aren't very perky and my HUGE areolas.

I love showing off my breasts in a bra but I am extremely uncomfortable going bare. I'm hoping that by starting up chest exercising and taking PM they will get perkier but I have no idea how to deal with my large areolas. They are the size of about 1/4 of my breast and the only thing I can think to do about them is put some dermablend makeup on them.

Could I use a lightener so they can be the same color the rest of my breast?

I'm new here also, but I have heard of a tattoo artists that does wonders for women who suffered breast cancer. He would make them new nipples, which by the customer's review, made her feel like a woman again. She was insecure without them. I saw the video that showed the interview and I say he did a great job. Now in your situation, I don't see why a great artist like him couldn't change the appearance of a nipple. Not sure if you are down with the needles though.
