Yes I heard it is healthy for breastfeeding, I don't like it enough to eat it everyday without being sure it would work, wouldn't it be fun to make up an nbe diet but I think it would be quite difficult for someone new to nbe they would need a lot of research and knowledge of their cycle and food.
Maybe its something you could think of?
