Sounds like very high estrogen without much progesterone. You can get your hormones tested and hopefully get some progesterone prescribed. Otherwise your body can fix the imbalance itself primarily with whole grains, tiny sprinklings of kelp, and either a light tan or a 2000 IU vitamin D supplement. In case there's some missing nutrient I don't realize some great foods with a variety of nutrients include spinach, broccoli, parsley and coriander leaf. About a pound (about half a kilo) a day is a good amount for them. Likewise you eat lots and lots of whole grains as your primary food. 40-120 mg vitex (not more) might help too but it is slow. Fenugreek or shatavari might help balance you out a little too. For those you get a strong extract and/or use a lot, more like food amounts than herb amounts. You can soak fenugreek seeds overnight and eat them. But if you can't get a progesterone prescription I think good nutrition is your best bet. Plus if you're low in those vitamins there's a whole slew of other issues you could end up facing in the future.
