Hi everyone, feeling really hopeless, need some direction from experienced ones please.

I have been trying for years on and off to grow just half a cup size or ideally 1 cup size. I have tried massage, I still am, I get 'jiggly' and then soft breasts and I feel like they are growing, but they actually have not changed at all in size. I tried msm for a little while but never got to a high dose, I'm on a few supplements and just needed to reduce how much I was taking. I am just about to come off birth control as I have been on them a few years and don't feel good on them at all,I think my hormones are out of whack but I can't afford tests. I'm currently on herbs from a herbalist for health reasons so I don't know what else to try? I feel I can't do much in the way of herbs because I'm already on some for health, and massaging even with FSO doesn't seem to work Sad I've been so consistent and dedicated but got nothing for it.

My last option I feel, is the noogleberry. I'm scared of stretchmarks as I am prone to getting them, I already have quite large nipples so don't want them to grow just my breasts to grow or be more full at least. It's also expensive. I've read through their forums and there is many mixed feelings, I just don't know what to do, I don't have much money so I'm worried to risk it.

Sorry this sounds so whiny but honestly I am super fed up, I have small pointy boobs, I was a late bloomer going from a cup to a small b at about 15/16 and then grown not one bit since, I am now 21 and feel this is all I will get. My hips suddenly grew at 19, I look crazily out of proportion with a big bum and hips and tiny boobs! Please help Sad
Sounds like very high estrogen without much progesterone. You can get your hormones tested and hopefully get some progesterone prescribed. Otherwise your body can fix the imbalance itself primarily with whole grains, tiny sprinklings of kelp, and either a light tan or a 2000 IU vitamin D supplement. In case there's some missing nutrient I don't realize some great foods with a variety of nutrients include spinach, broccoli, parsley and coriander leaf. About a pound (about half a kilo) a day is a good amount for them. Likewise you eat lots and lots of whole grains as your primary food. 40-120 mg vitex (not more) might help too but it is slow. Fenugreek or shatavari might help balance you out a little too. For those you get a strong extract and/or use a lot, more like food amounts than herb amounts. You can soak fenugreek seeds overnight and eat them. But if you can't get a progesterone prescription I think good nutrition is your best bet. Plus if you're low in those vitamins there's a whole slew of other issues you could end up facing in the future.
If you can afford it any way, undergo a hormone test. Maybe there's a chance that it is paid by your health care insurance if you name them some symptoms? If you take the wrong herbs it can hinder the growth. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't experiment much more with herbs.

Go off all herbal supplements for nbe. What other supplements do you take?
If you want to take some herbs, I would suggest Maca - it's for hormone stabilization.

Then massage - try different massages - chi, circles, japanese..
Maybe try flaxseed or baby oil or massage with any body lotion.

Also silent subliminals and hypnosis could help you!

Last, but not least try the noogleberry.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I eat a very healthy (most of the time!) Vegan diet, lots of fruit, vegetables, potatoes, legumes, beans, pulses, seeds etc. I also juice every morning.I do think I still have too many treats though, I've heard sugar isn't a good thing to consume with oestrogen dominance. So I can cut down on that for general health anyway.

I hope this isn't a silly question but what counts as healthy whole grains please? And what are some examples of ways to incorporate them please? Could I use kelp tablets crushed or taken orally? I'm not sure where to get 'fresh' kelp around here. I was initially going to take kelp as I have fibrocystic breasts and read a lot of women found this to get better with kelp because of the iodine but then I stopped as read it could interfere with thyroid? I've just had mine tested and it seems fine so I may try again.

Do you know if progesterone cream would be a good route for me to take? I would try vitex but I'm on a delicate ratio of herbs from my herbalist I can't interfere with at the moment. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge.

Don't quit girl! Lots of knowledgeable people here I am sure they can help! :-)
Have you tried fat brushing?
Im off herbs at the moment but trying to keep up with some form of nbe so im starting to fat brush the fat from my arms and bringing it down to my boobs and also from my tummy, try to brush the fat up into the breasts - does it work?? time will tell. Theres plenty of videos out there showing women who gained a reasonable amount of boob growth. Il let you know if it works for me..

I did for a while, but the problem is I am already quite skinny so I don't exactly have any fat to redistribute :/

All whole grains are healthy but the healthiest one I know is brown or black rice. Prepare like any other rice. Or better yet sprout it by soaking it overnight in water, then rinse twice a day for 0-2 days. Then blend it in a food processor or blender then follow a flat bread recipe. For example you could prepare it like unfluffy pancakes (doesn't rise well even with baking soda). Serve with fruit or hummus or tahini.

Dry kelp or kelp pills are fine. You only need a tiny bit. Kelp is good for your thyroid in particular. Scare info has a funny definition of "interfere".

If you have low progesterone then taking progesterone would be good. Only a hormone test can tell for sure if you do. It is possible to overdo it if you don't need it. Herbs like vitex may help but they are a lot slower and you will have to be patient. But you are unlikely to overdo it with herbs.

If you are underweight then it is necessary to gain some fat or it will be difficult or impossible to have any in your chest. Your body cannot make it out of thin air. Eat lots of whole grains. Sprouted is easier to handle. I mean cake might be faster but whole grains are healthier and help you stay at medium weight rather than ending up flabby.
I have been trying for years as well. I think the best thing to do is check your hormones and vitamin levels. If something is out of balance, nothing will work. I tried the noogleberry for over a year and it didn't work, so I don't think it would be worth buying until you get everything balanced.
