I drink alcohol at night because I suffer from insomnia. I know it isn't real sleep, but when it's that or nothing, I choose that lol. Yes, salt and high blood pressure go hand in hand, and I hope to limit my use of it, but it's really difficult. I guess I need to do a bit more reading on the BO/PM thing. Thanks for replying!
