Wasn't sure where to post this since MSM isn't an herb.. Anyway I picked up some MSM tablets today because I read a lot about people using it as part of their NBE. After I got home though I came across some info about MSM causing acne in some people. I am very acne prone and it had taken many years to get it mostly cleared up. I'm really nervous now about trying the MSM. Does anyone have any input on this?
