I will start using massages , and I am looking for a good enlargement cream to go along with it ( any advices ? )

I Never used creams. Pumping is the way to go if you want big results. Don't be scared!

And when I stop pumping are the results permanent ?

They've remained for me....although I haven't stopped for very long times. With each month's photos I see that I am only getting larger. One day in the future I will stop with all this. THEN the truth will really be revealed if they will shrink or not. I truly do believe the noogleberry has helped me grow tissue though. They feel like very full-tissued breasts, not just swelling. I know the difference.
