A diet with about 20-30 percent in healthy fats will be beneficial for your hormones and breast growth. Estrogen has to come more then just the ovaries, it's also in your fat and muscle tissue.
Remember, aromastase in females is converted just like in males but in a smaller amount (females produce 20 times less T then in men). Our sex hormones all start with cholesterol, so again!, diet is SO important, make sure that those healthy fats stay "at least" in the 20% range.
So what's the magic PM dosage?, it's tough to say, but you'd seriously have to be the one to judge that for yourself, sorry!
Thanks a lot for your answer Lotus.
My diet is fine, I am eating at least 30% healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut oil, olive oil). :-)
Yes I know you cannot give an advice about the PM dosage. I could start with 100-200 mg (which is a very low dose) and then observe if I get any positive or negative result.
What about you Ella, did you consider to take PM?
Did/Have/Do consider Pm yes

But... it will be along time before I go down that road! Id rather take a lesser approach first then if that fails do what you'd suggest but starting low and working up. I too like that it is a longevity wonder herb first and foremost, the fact it has longevity benefits must mean it effects hgh in some capacity??? Maybe that's why it contributes to breast growth along with the phytoestrogens if you are massaging, noogling, bringing attention to the breasts - just my complicated way of viewing it..
