That's a new one! I really want to loose excess tummy fat. I do worry though, will the likes of cayenne in moderation and or blueberries affect breast fat though? NEED that fat DONT NEED tummy fat!
I found a cool dvd from the states that focus's on walking exercises that target the tummy/thighs and you can do it in your lounge!
ARe you aware of any tummy fat foods etc? I do have mixed organic berries most mornings for breakfast

We have white and brown adipose (fat) tissue, blueberries are high in fiber and cut the fat in the white tissue and helps with digestive function. White stores energy and brown is abundant in newborns and keeps em warm.

I was sure there's been some wonder foods out there but for the life of me I cannot recall what they are!
I could tell you more about foods then exercise lol, like a diet high in carbs i.e. sugar makes getting rid of belly fat the hardest of all to eliminate, ugh!
