Right i have a quick moment to clarify my comment then its bedtime for me 
What i meant was for someone like me! I see all these wonderful boobie foods added and i get all excited and decide to add all these foods to my diet on top of the spices and herbs i already take and without giving a second thought or consideration to what foods promote what hormones and the potential repurcussions of all im consuming hormone related
by the by i really dont know which foods increase/reduce what or even what dht is for that matter (sad but true)
So lotus if you came up with a meal plan/table as such that would cover the bases like you touched on earlier then i for one would love to incorporate those foods that way into my diet. I dont know enough about these foods to consume them in a safe manner if you will, hope that makes sense and clears up any confusion??
Also would love tp know which foods promote hgh if any? Me being in my 30s may have very little production of this and im a terrible sleeper so if you can pass some on id be greatfull!
