It should be OK. It's not the best, but Vitamin Shoppe is a reliable rebrand. What they say is in it, is what's in it. It's a super highly processed and refined product, so I personally wouldn't recommend it, but I wouldn't say not to use it either.
I just personally prefer using more of a whole food solution for my fats needs.
