I am sorry you missed him, hopefully he will be there next time!
Yes, that works quite well. I carry a water bottle with me wherever I go, too. But I'm so used to avoiding water now because of the way drinking tap water affected my skin that I'm having a hard time getting back into the habit of actually drinking it. I'm using some old apps on my phone again that helped me with drinking enough water previously. That'll get me squared away.
I think there's an event coming up soon that he'll probably be at. Going to try to go.

Good grief! I'm glad I've got my filtered pitcher now.

I know to say nothing of the other chemicals they put in water! Plus i work in a drainlaying industry so you know what some of these older houses with heavy metal pipes brining water into the house so theres alot of reasons to use a filter.
I buy this boxed water which lasts weeks, its a few litres, straight from a pure river or something with all the alkalising minerals and what not in it! i dont mind paying that, its only $6 and is oxygen rich water too

The idea of drinking water from old pipes scares the dickens out of me.
You've mentioned the boxed water before. It's a really good deal.

My breasts aren't very full right now and I'm in luteal. No noticeable swelling or tenderness. I love how perky they are, though.
I'll do a monthly check-in tomorrow. For now, I'm way too sleepy.

Late monthly check-in. My mind really hasn't been on NBE, to be honest. I've been distracted by the Olympics, but I've also been working on some major things in my life.
I'm going to just do what I did last month: work on better consistency with what I'm already doing. NBE just isn't important compared to the other things I'm trying to accomplish right now. I have every intention of being more serious about it once things get settled. But for now, my other goals come first.

Oh my gosh, you guys. You guys. One of my coworkers is the nicest person ever and she gave me a spearmint plant because I mentioned during a casual conversation that I was interested in growing one indoors in a pot. She just hauled off and got me one and also printed off instructions on how to take care of it. Can you believe how unbearably sweet that is? Seriously! I want to be like her.
Anyway, I promptly looked up how to make tea with the leaves. Here's a link: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Spearmint-Tea I need to get a sieve, though I do have a colander. Looking forward to trying to make it.
Meanwhile, here's hoping I can keep it alive! I've been studying up since I got it. I want to have this plant for years to come.
Lower androgens, here I come!

I feel like I know so many people like that. I'm surrounded by very kind people. I really don't deserve it.
I wish I was that way. I pray that I will be one day.
And yes, it smells like spearmint!
Smells good. One of my coworkers wanted to smell and she liked it so much she said now she wants one. She has an outdoor garden, herself. I think maybe, to "pay it forward," I'll root some of my spearmint, pot it, and then give it to her.
I haven't tasted any yet. I remember reading a book where a guy kept a spearmint plant on his desk and he was always munching on the leaves. I'm going to try some tomorrow.
