The boy happened.

I went to church tonight, and my pastor pointed me out in front of everyone because I'm brand new but a lot of people there know my family. He even made me stand up and I wanted to die very, very much.

After service, people came and welcomed me before I left. As I was leaving, I encountered the boy. He was so nice! He welcomed me and gave me this elaborate handshake and seemed excited. I was so happy I wanted to die again, but for a completely different reason.

He's so tall and attractive. My heart seriously stopped when I saw him.

Aside from church, there's a fun thing coming up next week that he should be at as well. I hope I can get closer to him and interact with him a lot at it.

Okay, NBE stuff. I am pretty serious about trying chicken feet soup. There's both an Asian market and some Mexican markets super close to me. Both cultures make chicken feet soup, and I've seen chicken feet in a Mexican grocery store before. So I'm going to check them out hopefully some time this week.

Thanks, Ella. Me too. He's going to have to be the aggressor for the most part, though. I'm painfully shy.

I'm going to brainstorm some meal ideas, since my meals lately have left a lot to be desired (I've been eating the same kind of sandwich pretty much every day for just over a week and I'm already so tired of it). I don't have much to cook with yet, save some pots and pans, a big spoon, a slotted spoon, and a spatula. I don't even have a sharp knife or a can opener. So I need to get a little creative.

Breakfast ideas: Veggie omelets, poached eggs with potatoes o'brien, fruit salad, wrap made with yogurt, fruit, and nuts, these pancakes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FA9Z7vvRIw drizzled with honey

Lunch ideas: Wraps instead of sandwiches. Some wrap fillings: vegetables, both raw or sauteed, hummus, salsa, chicken, chicken salad, tuna salad (have to get tuna in a pouch rather than a can, though), beans. Salads. Seeds and fruit as sides.

Dinner ideas: Pasta dishes, except make noodles out of vegetables. Soups. Chicken dishes made in a pan. Brown rice dishes. Meatballs. Healthy Mexican dishes like vegetable fajitas. Stir-fries. Sweet potatoes.

I'll try to get over to the Asian food market soon to see what they have. I've heard ethnic food markets have really good prices, which is super important to me right now. I want to make some yummy Japanese food.

Not fun talking about this while fasting!

My period is over, and my breasts seem to be just as full as they were leading up to it. But I don't know that I got any luteal swelling this past cycle, so I can't be too exultant.

I had some goat cheese at work today, and it reminded me of how delicious good, quality goat cheese is. Going to get some of my own.

This is the longest I've stuck with NBE. I really hope it's working.

Ive kind of given up on NBE for now. I just dont have the energy to be honest. I know for a fact when i can regain weight things will really change so im waiting for that day  Blush

Hi Ella! Yes, I'm still doing the squeezing massage. Only in the morning, though. My arms have gotten a little more used to it, so they don't get tired as quickly. Just have to position my fingers to avoid my nipples, which is annoying.

I've never heard of buffalo cheese, wow! Goat cheese is so yummy. I went grocery shopping tonight and they didn't have it where I went, though.

NBE is so time-consuming and it definitely takes a certain level of energy and dedication! I think you're doing the right thing for now. You can focus on your health and gut better for the time being.

Monthly check-in time. I've been staying consistent with eating enough, taking my supplements, and massaging twice a day, even while adjusting to a whole new life and feeling anxious and stressed. I weighed myself over the past weekend, and I haven't lost any weight! I'm doing the right things.

So I'm still just going to remain consistent and not add anything new. I'm trying to be careful with money for the time being and I need to focus on other things, like pulling my new life together. Which means things like furnishing my apartment, getting back on a regular workout schedule, making and going out with friends, flirting with boys (well, one in particular Blush  ) , etc.

I've been eating a lot of bananas, apples, oatmeal, turkey and cheese sandwiches, avocados, and beef spaghetti. I also have peanut butter, eggs, and dark chocolate about three times a week. I drink milk once a day most days and green tea twice a day. Recently I started having frozen vegetables that I boil in a pot with my dinner. Frozen vegetables are nice and cheap. Once this first expensive month of being a fully-fledged adult is over and I've got some initial payments taken care of and a few paychecks under my belt, I'll start branching out and buying different food and cooking implements. Like I've been saying, I want to see what the Asian food market near me has to offer. I also want a can opener and a slow cooker.

I was watching one of Nigella Lawson's cooking shows on Youtube and thinking of how to make her recipes healthier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SP6KxJYqLSY I seriously want to be her. Great figure inspiration, too.
