I barely had the energy to even walk. I had to tell myself 'You can do this' before walking down a hallway in our house. Even after sitting for a bit, I continued to just drip with sweat. I felt faint at one point, but I just told myself 'Don't you do it.' Unfortunately, I have fainted from fasting before. I slept badly last night because of how conscious I was of my famished state. Finally, at around 1:30 when I'd woken up for the second time and just plain couldn't doze back off, I thought 'What makes more sense right now, lying awake all night for the sake of starving myself until it's time for breakfast, or having a little something to eat so I can actually get some sleep tonight?' I got up and had a slice of toast, then went back to bed and was able to sleep.

Anyway, I lost three pounds and over an inch in my waist! Crazy. I did a light workout today and had three smallish meals. Tomorrow I'm going to do some light toning and stretching workouts and have a big, early breakfast, a tiny lunch, and a small, early dinner.

I'm watching my breasts closely. I'm still trying to eat fatty foods with each meal so that they get the nourishment they need. Didn't have time to do my midday massage today, but I should be able to tomorrow!
Ive been trying to intermittant fast too. For different reasons obviously. I think it can be a shock to our bodies after years of routine ya know.. Like when people drastically change their diets and then feel worse or get sick.

I had a point but ive fogotten it....

I'm used to intermittent fasting now, but a full-on water fast (which technically started at 5 p.m. the day before) is always rough and, you're right, it's for sure a shock. I'd like to try a liquid fast some time, where I can at least have things like tea and fresh juice.

Today I restricted my eating again. I feel so much better about my stomach and waistline.

My breasts are holding on. They still look good to me, especially paired with my smaller waist. I ate fatty food at every meal again and made sure to get plenty of protein despite my small portions. I exfoliated them and used my bust roller, too, and they got all red and full of good circulation. I'm not taking any chances of losing what I gained!

Hey BB~ I wanted to ask, could you share some of the fatty foods you're eating? So far all I have are avocado, coconut oil and, well, basically just specific oils to cook with. I do take fish oil too buuuttt I would love to pick at what you have if it's not too much trouble Smile I am doing the same thing you are during this time in my NBE. Sure! Aside from what you already listed, I eat:

- Nuts
- Peanut butter
- Seeds
- Fish (I eat tuna and salmon)
- Eggs
- Dark chocolate
- Full-fat yogurt
- Olives
- Cheese

Just eat any nuts you like. I eat peanuts, cashews, and put walnut pieces in my oatmeal.

Tuna is so yummy, isn't it? I had tuna salad with crackers just yesterday, mmm. All this talk of food is making me hungry. Can't wait to end this pre-event diet! One more day...

Last day of my diet, or rather, last morning since I'm leaving shortly and once I'm gone, all bets are off (within reason, of course; I want to maintain my results). My waist looks amazing, so mission accomplished.

I have to admit I've neglected my breasts a bit for the sake of packing and prepping for my trip. I only did one short massage yesterday and none today. But I packed coconut oil and I'm going to massage when I shower tonight. That will be how I do my massages while I'm gone on this trip.

You know, I was looking at my waist and stomach last night, and I realized that most people probably wouldn't think my torso was the least bit chubby. But I really like a super tight, small look through my waist and tummy.

I wish I could borrow Ella's figure for the event!
She doesn't say where. Sure hope she has a good time, and meets a nice guy, she deserves it.
