Hi there! I'm new to this forum and would love some clarification on everything I've been reading on here.
I'm 28 years old and I'm a 32A in most brands (I don't even fit into any Victoria Secret bras). I don't completely fill out a 32A bra; I need to pull my breasts up and stand really straight to keep them there
I've been on birth control in the past, but stopped that several years ago (3-4?) because I wanted to avoid any negative consequences of messing with my hormones. My mom got breast cancer really young so I'm particularly cautious about that. At one point I even tried the patch because a friend of mine had a huge increase in breast size from taking it, but nothing happened to me. The rest of my body is pretty small (5'1", 112 lbs., XS/S) so I don't expect to have huge boobs, but my current breast size is not proportional to my body. I'm aiming for a solid A or B. I eat healthy (no processed foods, no gluten) and exercise often. I know some people may say I need to gain weight to grow boobs, but this is my natural weight. I've always been smaller-sized with a fast metabolism (although the older I get I can notice it slowing down!).
How do you get started with NBE? It seems like getting your hormones checked out would be the first step, but I've read that many people say it's not necessary if you have a regular cycle (I do). Aren't you afraid that taking an herbal supplement would mess with your hormones? I'm all for using natural/plant-based things (I use several essential oils and try to stay away from anything with chemicals in it), but even natural things need to be taken cautiously. Has anyone talked to their doctors about taking herbal supplements or PM that can effect your hormones? How do you know which ones to take together? This is all very confusing!
After lots of reading, I think I'm most interested in trying massaging with herbal supplements (fenugreek and fennel seed oils) and possibly adding PM (I was considering Ainterol). I'm most cautious about PM because of the phytoestrogens it contains, but it seems like it can be a game changer in helping your breasts grow.
I guess what I'm saying is that I'm very interested in doing what I can to help my breasts grow by using natural methods, but I also want to make sure I'm not causing any damage to my body. Again, because my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in her last 30s, I don't want to do anything that could increase my chances of developing it as well. I'm just not sure where to start.
Thank you so much!
