Hi there! I'm new to this forum and would love some clarification on everything I've been reading on here.

I'm 28 years old and I'm a 32A in most brands (I don't even fit into any Victoria Secret bras). I don't completely fill out a 32A bra; I need to pull my breasts up and stand really straight to keep them there Smile I've been on birth control in the past, but stopped that several years ago (3-4?) because I wanted to avoid any negative consequences of messing with my hormones. My mom got breast cancer really young so I'm particularly cautious about that. At one point I even tried the patch because a friend of mine had a huge increase in breast size from taking it, but nothing happened to me. The rest of my body is pretty small (5'1", 112 lbs., XS/S) so I don't expect to have huge boobs, but my current breast size is not proportional to my body. I'm aiming for a solid A or B. I eat healthy (no processed foods, no gluten) and exercise often. I know some people may say I need to gain weight to grow boobs, but this is my natural weight. I've always been smaller-sized with a fast metabolism (although the older I get I can notice it slowing down!).

How do you get started with NBE? It seems like getting your hormones checked out would be the first step, but I've read that many people say it's not necessary if you have a regular cycle (I do). Aren't you afraid that taking an herbal supplement would mess with your hormones? I'm all for using natural/plant-based things (I use several essential oils and try to stay away from anything with chemicals in it), but even natural things need to be taken cautiously. Has anyone talked to their doctors about taking herbal supplements or PM that can effect your hormones? How do you know which ones to take together? This is all very confusing!

After lots of reading, I think I'm most interested in trying massaging with herbal supplements (fenugreek and fennel seed oils) and possibly adding PM (I was considering Ainterol). I'm most cautious about PM because of the phytoestrogens it contains, but it seems like it can be a game changer in helping your breasts grow.

I guess what I'm saying is that I'm very interested in doing what I can to help my breasts grow by using natural methods, but I also want to make sure I'm not causing any damage to my body. Again, because my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in her last 30s, I don't want to do anything that could increase my chances of developing it as well. I'm just not sure where to start.

Thank you so much!

read jennyferlove's thread.
Personally, I would suggest not taking anything that could alter your hormone levels until you have had them checked and know where they stand. Having a "regular" period does not mean your hormones are perfectly balanced.

Given your family history of breast cancer I would be cautious about doing anything that could raise your estrogen levels. Very cautious.

Start massaging, it can only be positive for your breast health. I really like my Noogleberry, too. Massage and noogle together can do wonders for breast growth, IMO.

Thanks! Would you suggest staying away from any oils that have an effect on hormones? I searched a bunch of different oils to massage with but it seems like a lot of them can effect estrogen or progesterone. I'm sure a lot of things can impact hormone levels, but if this is something I use several times a day, every day I'm thinking I should try to choose an oil that doesn't have that big of an impact.

When I searched the forum for different oils and creams it seems like everyone is most interested in the cream or oil that works the best, in terms of what produces greater breast growth. I'm guessing these oils and creams have the most impact on hormones which is why they are so good at helping breast growth. But these are the oils and creams I'm most afraid of. Can noogle and massage still work without these kinds of oils and creams? For people who did use these high estrogenic oils, aren't you afraid of any negative impact on your horomon levels and health (or maybe I'm just extra sensitive because of my family history)?

I'll get my hormone levels checked and then go from there. Thanks for your help! Smile
My favorite is jojoba oil for massage and a shea butter cream for noogling. They won't mess with hormones. You can always switch it up later. Smile
I started off with EPO (actually was for menstrual crampin, but it helped my boobs grow!), Spirulina for general health and inconsistent massaging with cocoa butter and baby oil. Smile Everyone is different though, maybe you could come up with a simple program first, then add to it slowly? Good luck!
