I'm currently searching for something to start doing for nbe. I know everyone is different but if something works for most that's obviously what I'd rather try. I've been wanting to do this for years but its so hard to believe the thousands of websites selling pills and lotions and bras etc. Or to know which to believe! Need some advice!! I'm ready for this change. But I have no clue what to do or where to start. Every website I've been to over the last few years says something different. I'd rather know about personal experience. What works for you???!?!

So I don't know if this is normal or not but my breasts almost always feel colder than the rest of my body. Like much colder! They warm up nicely when I do massage and use heat pad, but that only lasts for about a half hour and theyre cold again. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm using arginine gel for circulation but it doesn't seem to help. I'm also taking fenugreek and red clover both orally and on breasts along with flaxseed oil. No growth yet and I'm worried that I'm not getting growth because of cold breasts! Could it hinder growth? Any ideas what to try? Please help!!!!

I started taking maca root 2 months ago. I absolutely loved it at first... I was very energetic and bubbly which was nice because I'd been very down for quite some time. But eventually I started having stomach pains, headaches and started spotting days before my period. I was really bummed cause I was really starting to notice that my breasts were filling out... I stopped taking maca during my period and continued after a week, but very slowly. I experienced none of the side effects but no growth or fullness either.

So my questions:
1. Why am I getting the side effects and what do they mean about my hormone balance if anything?
2. Is the anything I can take to balance the negative side effects and continue with maca?
3. Should I continue with the lower dose off maca even if I see no results?

Hi girls, quick question: do any of you have a hard lump in the middle of your breasts? Mine are there in both breasts. I think I've had them since puberty, and I suppose they are mammary glands. They usually grow bigger and harder before my period.

I've started taking fenugreek + vitex + gingko a month ago and have had constant growth, in that those lumps are getting bigger and harder. I'm just a tiny bit concerned. Just wanted to check if this is a normal sign of growth?

Will they ever be soft again?

I'M trying to start a herbal program for my breast growth. I have a question if anyone can answer that. I've read this on the forum that SP gives cellulite, so its better to take stinging nettle root instead, but never saw any person in his personal program taking stinging nettle. do u think taking stinging nettle is better? i should buy that for anti androgen?

one more thing i was looking on saw palmetto to buy and there are different names written some of them are saw palmatto exrtract some of them saw palmatto complex etc i dont know which SP we are suppose to buy for an anti androgen purpose.

Ok, so I've done some research and think my boobs fall under this category. So, I ordered Breast Advance cream which has progesterone as one of the ingredients. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and finally found something I can use that doesn't give me a weird headache that lasts for days! Yay! This is like the 4th or 5th product I've tried.

Now, however...my period began last Wednesday (13th) and has continued til today (17th). This is a tad longer than my typical period lasts. I noticed it acts like it wants to stop, but then I start spotting again.

Could this have something to do with the progesterone in the cream? It doesn't say anything on the jar about not using it during certain times of the month. I'm loving the increase in sex drive too. I'm SO frustrated!!

Does anyone know if using maca pills and breast enhancement herbs counterintuitive? Will the Maca pills cancel out the phyto-estrogen herbs, since they regulate hormones??
