I'm fairly new here. I started Booby Stacked cream a few weeks ago, along with flax seed oil caps (1000mg/day).

Just over the past couple of days i've noticed my right ankle being swollen. Could thid be from nbe?

So I know herbs are supposed to make your periods better but mine today is hurting like terrible and tmi but its thick with clots. It's my first one since on herbs. Any advice? Do I need to up my dosage? I'm doing 1x3 per day of SP, FG, and RC.

Haven't found much for reviews and i'm curious to know if this product has had good outcomes?

My bf and i are trying to find a male enhancement cream for him i surfed the size matters forum and its just full of spam and junk does any one know of suppliments that could help he says creams are more "acceptable" for him (lol) i read about l-arginine but i also read it may make you smaller or have little to no effects. Any one? We just like experimenting with ourselfs far to much hahaha

Hi. I am new here. I am feeling desperate and bought these herbs:

-black cohosh
-blessed thistle
-dandelion root
-fennel
-fenugreek
-maca
-red clover
-saw palmetto
-wild yam

I don't know what I'm doing. Is it bad to take them all? Should I cycle them? How much to take? Are half of these just canceling out the other half?

I also made a fennel seed and fenugreek oil for massage, 15 minutes, 2x/day...

I've heard of this herbal supplement which balances estrogen and progesterone, anyone familiar with it?

So this is the plan I am thinking of starting once my period comes and the plan I have been doing thus far...

What I am doing right now:

1capsule x 3 times a day of each:
Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Red Clover (all month)

Progesterone cream twice a day: days 14-28 of my cycle

Chi rotations: when I remember to do them...


It will be a month in 4 days and no results :/


Here is what I want to do next month:

2 capsules x 3 times a day of each
Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Red Clover (Part of the month or all month?)

Booby stacked cream: Days 1-13 of my cycle (or all month?)
Progesterone Cream: Days 14-28 of my cycle

Chi Rotations: Twice a day with almond oil mixed with geranium and ylang ylang oils

I read that clinical studies proved volufiline works and they were done with creams that included 5% volufiline

So my question is which cream does actually have 5% volufiline??
volufiline creams I heard of are:
-total curves
-breast success
-IsoSensuals ENHANCE
-SLIM EXTREME 3D Super-Concentrated Modeling Bust Serum
-Pupa Rapid Action Breast Enhancer

Does anyone know if any of these creams does actually have enough (5%) volufiline??

I'm 18 years old. Under breast size 77 cm, breast size 83.5 cm which is barely 34AA. Tanner stage 2.

I cry almost everyday, every time I have a shower, every time I look into the mirror, every time I change my clothes or when I see a feminine girl
I always think I look like boys and I hate myself.

I'm not planning to marry or have sex with this situation, Im not gonna ever let a man see my boobs like this .

Doctor prescribed cyclo-progynova for 3 months, but I'm not allowed to take it more than this. I've been taking it for 13 days now and no change .I need to know if there is anything I can do along with taking the pills that would increase their effect. Weight gain for example or any kind of exercise or message. They are 11 pills containing 2 mg estardiol and 10 pills containing 2 mg estradiol and 0.5 progesterone.

ask me for additional information, don't assume the doctor asked everything. Recommend me hormonal tests I should do.


I need any kind of help, please give some hope tell me anything good. I'm Psychologically dead
