Hi everyone, just one stupid question but i dont know this: Is St.herb made in the USA? Anyone tried the Japanese PM? Are they good quality too?

Okay, has anyone tried Ladies Pueraria 99 that has had success with it?

so I have seen Chiyomilk's blog and read her posts (with Google translator of course ) I believe she said that it is female "primary" hormone that is needed to grow breast and raising both hormones is wrong I guess "primary" hormone is estrogen.

and she said to take PM for 3-5 days only from Day 1. If we only take PM 5 days a month I don't think we need to balance it with progesterone. Estrogen will drop anyway before ovulation. Unless we are taking it up until ovulation and after ovulation occurs.

the other thing is about BBT. How would I know if my estrogen level is high during follicular phase according to my BBT? If high BBT indicating high progesterone from luteal phase, how would I know if my estrogen level is high or not? Enlighten me please

Maybe she means to take it STARTING 3-5 days after your period begins. That's actually very common advice for PM. BTW, I'm sure you've noticed that Google translate makes no sense. I gave up on trying to get anything useful out of it. I don't know what Chiyomilk did or didn't say about progesterone, but she took herbs in the second half of her cycle that might have raised it.

I'm just gonna copy paste the few sentences that make a little sense, and that seem to be talking about how she scheduled her PM usage. My interpretation is that she was drinking a pueraria drink (or maybe pill?) called "Glamour". I know that she also use several other PM supplements throughout her program, but she only talks about "Glamour" on that page. It seems to me that she started the PM on the first day of menstruation and took it until 3-5 days before ovulation, or 10 days total. I think she says that she did it that way in order to prevent bleeding "on the day of ovulation" and to keep her cycle from lengthening too much. I could be totally wrong, of course. It's really hard to interpret the nonsense that google translate spits out.
