Hey could anyone tell me if PM is ok for girls who just turned 21? Or are there any side effects of PM on any of you girls before?

I'm planning to add goat's rue to my program after I cleanse using milk thistle for one month. I searched online for goat's rue pills but couldn't really find that many. Any recommendations for goat's rue supplements? (Actually, the only one I found was goat's rue veg caps by Motherlove)

I'm 21 as well and PM has not made me crazy, irrational, weepy, or fat; it has however made my breasts decidedly bigger. So go for it girl!

PM destroyed my sex-drive. I just made a new thread about this. Did your sex-drive stay the same while taking it?

Can PM make you crazy or irrational? One thing I have noticed this month after starting PM I'm like really crazy and lose my temper a lot, even worse I get violent when I'm really angry...just last night I threw my phone against the wall all because of an argument I had with my bf...I've never had this kind of behavior before and it scares me

Are you cycling it? If not, might be a good idea.

Adjusting hormones can do that and affects a very small number of users(1-3%). Like roid rage.
