PS, decided against Wild Yam capsules as I've looked into it and it appears it can only be converted to progesterone in a lab, not by your body.
I've probably read that on the forum before, but it hadn't sunk in.
So ordered some Prog Cream.
so just deciding whether to do the pm or herbs for next cycle.

I live in HK, and it's easy for me to get this product.... but I'm still think if I should get it, as it's very expensive, around USD$250 for just 60 pills......
wow it cost even more than if you buy it on rakuten !!!! I didn't know it was available at HK too. Is it a popular brand there? On the web you can barely find any information about it.
Just get a cheaper one like ainterol.

No, still a little cheaper than rakuten, cus the price include postage already, and US250 equals to a little less than HKD2000.
It's not popular here, but on taobao.com, we could be able to buy it and it's directly ship from Tokyo to you country.

Yea, I finally got the ainterol, a lot cheaper... on US20 including the postage.
But actually I believe Japanese products is very safe and it should be good, as we always say that the good things in Japan, they never export to other countries.
But japan imports it from thailand...

Import the ingredient from Thailand, but it's manufactured in Japan. The quality check in Japan is very good.
It is just pill pressed. Because the product isn't an extract. There isn't much they could have done to it. They may get it from a better farm, but that is about it. They don't add or do any processing to it.
Reminds me of what happens to protein in Australia. They whey is bought in bulk from USA companies (supplied from Australia), they add flavouring, repackage it and sell it back to us for a higher price.
Just because it is more expensive doesn't mean it is better. I see these things called Ah bras on tv saying Super discount price of 15 dollars! But the same product is on alibaba for 70cents each.
It is how importers make profit.
