Day 44

Well, still sick.

Breasts feel sore to touch, had a few aches and pains in the day which were quite sharp, but not often. About a 2/10. Breasts feel way smaller than they did before.

I purchased a noogleberry, medium cups, so that should be arriving in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks Aim4C for your wishes. I went to the doctor today who said that its probably a virus, and I should be able to fight it, if not, I will need to take some antibiotics.

The rash I got from the massage disappeared within about 30 minutes. I've had a rash a couple of times now from massage, but not very often.

Nothing really else to report. I think I should try and eat more during the day. I haven't felt so hungry last few days, but need to keep up my strength.

Doctor said my hormone tests from last time all appeared to be normal. But I may go back next week to discuss some more tests. I said that I still felt that I had too much excess hair etc. I also said how my groin area became sore again (like when I had the ovarian cyst), and that as soon as that happened I cut all sugar out of my diet and it went away within a day. She seemed a bit skeptical about the sugar thing.
Day 45

Woke up during the night because of pain in left breast. Haven't had that before! No aching or anything during the day however. So 1/10.

Still sick unfortunately, although feel like I am getting better (fingers crossed).

Started massaging with the batch of oil that includes flaxseed oil along with the usual suspects of fenugreek, avocado oil etc, and I really don't like the smell of it!

Think I'll just keep it simple with fenugreek and avocado oil next time.

Since writing this post, I had about 2 hours of aching and pains in my breasts! I then proceeded to massage and tipped over half my massage oil (which was alot) all over my desk and onto my mouse. Thankfully it missed the computer, but I think the mouse is broken now. Arghhhhhhh!!! That will be a lesson to me not to put oil near my computer again.
Day 46 (feels like day forever)

Had some strange pulling sensations around aerola area today. No aches or pains today though so 1/10.

I really did do a bad job at cleaning up the oil mixture that spilled everywhere, I keep finding bits of it. It went EVERYWHERE. Today one of my friends came over and he told me that as soon as he got in the front door he could smell fenugreek, and when he got into my room he said it smelled of it really badly!!! I haven't been able to open the windows lately as its been raining all the time. And I hadn't showered since I had massaged in the morning, so I guess that why I smelled like it! He is the only one I have told about what I am doing! So I will have to ask him in a few days if I still smell like it! Hopefully not.

Breasts still feel a bit sore like a tired muscle after you have been playing sport, when I touch them.

Motivation is waning at the moment. I don't feel like I am growing at all, but who knows. Maybe it is because I am ill at the moment too. Good news on that front, is that I am definitely on the mend. I guess I just have to not think to much about this whole NBE stuff, rather, just do it! I find it useful to report back each day, because it keeps me on track taking my pills, and doing the massages.

I've been eating tonnes of dark green vegetables this week. I don't really like eating vegetables at all, so its quite a chore for me to do it. So basically I make sure I eat them before I eat the meat (which I love!). I never crave sugary foods anymore which is really interesting. I had a small protein shake again today, about 1/3 of a normal size. I thought I would just take a bit a day as I think my body should be able to cope with the sugar levels in it, and I don't drink it with rice/soy milk anymore because there is too much sugar in that, rather I drink it with water. Which is pretty disgusting.... but all in the name of larger breasts....

As I am writing this I can feel my left breast tingly away!!! I am just listening to the rockmelon ringtone too. I'm not sure, but I seem to get aches/tingles in my breasts about 20 minutes or so after I eat a meal. No idea if that is linked to the meal or not?

I wish my breasts would hurry up and grow. When I look at myself in the mirror, I notice just how thin I am on the top half of my body. Its so annoying that the fat goes down to my bum and thighs, but not the upper part!

I've been trying to improve my posture, so when I am sitting somewhere, particularly at the dinner time, I remind myself to sit up straight. Its hard, because its so much easier to slouch! But I am hoping over time that it will become more "natural" for me to sit up straight, and that will help the appearance of my breasts too. "Shoulders back, head high" etc etc.

I'm going to be really interested (scared!) to see what I measure next time I measure, as I don't feel like I have grown any more. Sometimes I find my breasts feel really heavy or sort of muscly or something when I touch them, and some other times they feel quite deflated like there is nothing in them again.

Ok, so that is enough rambling for now, better go and do my massage, will make sure I don't spill the oil this time!
Day 47

Had tingly sensations at times during the day, probably a 3/10.

I have been finding that when I wake up in the morning my breasts are generally sore.

Have been listening to the rockmelon ringtone for 20 days now, and definitely can say that I have not grown the promised 3 centimetres/1 inch in 10 days of listening to it, or in 20 days! Its my measuring day tomorrow, but doubt I have gone up very much, if at all. I guess that means that the rockmelon ringtone has not worked for me and should remove it out of my routine. Seems a bit of a waste of time if it hasn't worked. Although, I have at times experienced that my breasts are moving/tingling so much when I listen to it, its almost like they are dancing to it. But that may be coincidence. Hard to know!

Hey GirlFriday29! Good luck with your journey. If anything, you should be thrilled to notice that you have in fact grown, any progress is inspiring! It means you're getting there, and that it can work. I wish all the best!

I feel our goals and starting point are pretty similar. I'll take your advice on the ringtone, maybe I won't bother, but I kept it on my computer desktop to play on loop whenever the feeling strikes, I think it has made me feel things, but perhaps that's only the power of the mind.
Day 48

I have spent some time today going through my results from each day and writing them in a table. Once I get my next period I will start writing Cycle Day 1, Cycle Day 2, etc on each daily update to keep track. I had actually thought before that the first day of your cycle was the first day when your period finished! But I now understand that the first day of your cycle is the day you start menstruating.

I have written a table with the "major" events such as measurements, when I started taking the various capsules, and any other major health issues. It is slightly inaccurate by maybe one day duration.

I have given each day a score from Low to High in terms of the sensations/tingles etc that I felt. The majority of the "High" days were in the first half of my cycle.

I understand that generally people will grow in the first half of their cycle.

I am about 1-2 days away from my next period.

What I want to know now, is whether I should stay on the same dosages of fenugreek and saw palmetto or whether I need to change them or not. Any advice on this appreciated.

Also with the "ramp up" method, does this mean that every cycle you start with only 1 fenugreek, then ramp it up slowly, or is it only when you first start NBE that you need to do that?

I am also interested in knowing about how to "stall". I understand you are meant to minus approximately 10-14 days from the end of your cycle, and then on that day, so about day 13 you take no pills. Does anyone else do that?

Note that the above results are the same as what I measured at last month around a similar day of my cycle. (except for what must have been a mis-measurement of the LH to sternum which I had put as 6.75").

I have read that some women increase, and then do decrease before increasing again. But I'm not sure if my doses are too low, or aren't working enough etc?

Day 48 information -

I have a rash on my groin area particularly the LH side, extending towards the buttocks. The lymph nodes around my underwear line are swollen too. This happened to me before, although much worse, with a nasty rash, when I got my period the first time after I was diagnosed as having an ovarian cyst. I haven't noticed this happening in the periods I have had since that ovarian cyst and this upcoming period. In addition, I have a slight pain (only a 1/10) on the RH at my back, which has now been replaced with a slightly more intense pain (about a 4/10) just above my hip on my LH side. I noticed the rash a little bit yesterday, but didn't think anything of it.

Last time this happened the doctor told me it would be my body releasing the toxins. Since this is the first month since the time I was diagnosed, that I had the groin pain about 1.5 weeks ago or so, which was the similar type of pain when I had the ovarian cyst (again just no where near as painful. Not really painful at all, just a sensation).

Breasts are really tingly and aches/pains today (7-8/10). I am due for my period in the next day or two, so that will be why.

Didn't massage this evening, as friends kept ringing me, and by the time I got off the phone I was too tired!.
