I applaud you for that btw. A lot of girls are far too impatient to try to understand things before just diving in and sooooo often screw themselves up. I've more than once helped someone out of a jam on here they got themselves into by trying things they didn't fully understand.

Your progress on such a simple program is also a testament that sometimes it really is the simplest things that help some people the most.

And please, the best thing you can do for yourself if you DO plateau from only massage, and then, maybe suction and massage, would be to get your hormones tested. Then someone like me can help you engineer a program around where you are at. Cis women's programs are also almost universally much simpler to design than for a trans woman like myself. I know about far more than is generally even necessary for most girls.

I will be getting my hormones tested in a month or so. The doctor said I should have a period in a few weeks now that my implant has worn off, my cycle should be the same as before. I was irregular before I had the implant so this could take 5-6 weeks. I'll be getting my hormones tested regardless of whether I get a period. (If I do get a period, I want to check everything is as it should be. If not I want to know what's wrong)
Cycle irregularity is a sign of imbalance. It fits any kind of imbalance though, so without knowing the hormones it's a crapshoot to try to guess what kind.

Irregularity is considered normal for the teenage years, I got the implant at the age of 18 so I could have still been irregular. The longest I ever went was 6 weeks, but I attributed that to stress because I had just moved out of home, 200 miles to a new city and it took a while for me to adjust. Other than that, it could be anywhere between 3-5 weeks.

Oh. 3-5 weeks isn't THAT irregular. And yeah, that's pretty normal yet at your age and definitely was when you were 18.

I guess, it was just impossible to predict, one time being 5 weeks, then another being 3! I was never knowing when to keep a sanitary towel handy. It was eventually known among my friends that I basically kept them on me 24/7 to be better safe than sorry.
Or if I had a few in a row 3 weeks apart, the worry when it didn't arrive for 5 was a nightmare (i was nearly always worried something was wrong with me)

I can certainly understand how it would be a nightmare to deal with! But don't worry too much, okay. Even if there IS an imbalance, when we get you tested we'll sort that out.
