Got a delivery today!
Extra virgin olive oil, as pom suggested
Almond oil for massage
Maca, I'm going to start taking 500mg a day to see how they work for me! The pack suggests 1000mg but I'll work my way up to it.

In the next few days I'm also expecting
Lemon oil, as pom suggested
Apple cider vinegar, as pom suggested
Coconut oil, for massage

I'll use coconut for one massage session and almond for the other.

You can also try olive oil for massage. It is excellent for skin. Also try to eat about a TSP of coconut oil a day. You can add it to your coffee or hot tea or just add it to any of your dishes before or after cooking.

thanks moonpuss! Glad to be an inspiration to someone so soon.
Good luck with the massages, feel free to ask any questions Smile
Sounds like you got some good stuff! Deliveries are wonderful, aren't they? I'm expecting one soon myself (non NBE-related, though). Hope you love using your new stuff. Smile
Pom, is in-taking coconut oil okay for someone who is trying to lose weight because of the high calorie count? Huh I was wondering for myself too.

Absolutely, one TSP (4.5 gr.) has only 47 calorie, and one TBSP (13.6 gr.) has 117. Remember one medium banana has 105 calorie, which is very low. I indicated to take one TSP/day that is 47 calorie. That's what I take everyday orally but I also put some on my legs and arms before I go to gym (looks pretty.). I do not see any problem with one TSP in the morning and one in the evening. Coconut oil for me is like olive oil, heavenly. Both are so therapeutic. They literally sustain life. There is not a day that I do without coconut oil (virgin or extra virgin) and olive oil (extra virgin), and apple cider vinegar. I wish I could give a gift to anyone who knows the value of these but cannot afford them. It makes me sad. Be Well, POM

Thank you Pom!! & you are so right about them being therapeutic. I have heard really good things about apple cider vinegar. I used to use it in my skin and drink a little as well-- i'd like to get back into drinking a bit, actually. Thanks for reminding me! So, may I ask-- do you take a TSP of all 3?

I used my almond oil this evening and I loved the feeling I got massaging my breasts! Heavenly, so much better than the body butter I've been using!
